Friendly front desk Allowed early check in and offered room with river vies because it was available. Excellent stay .Pool does need some landscaping/ hard scape attention to be at its best .

Check in wasn’t that smooth as our names weren’t in the system so we had to wait while everything was put into the system. No fridge in the room was disappointing. Barely had enough TP stocked in the room. Shops and restaurants nearby are cute. River walk area is beautiful.

Nice room. Lovely view. Great location. Communication between host and Ballast wasn’t great. For example, the hotel wasn’t aware that I prepaid for Valet parking. Was charged twice. Later second charge removed.
