Two primary king suites provide private and luxuriously updated spaces, with private attached bathrooms, while the third bedroom with two bunk beds is perfect for families or groups. The entire condo has been completely updated! Featuring brand-new furniture, décor, fixtures, mattresses, bedding, carpet, blinds (on all windows), countertops throughout, and appliances, making it one of the most pristine and welcoming homes in Base Camp One.

The fully stocked kitchen is designed to be your home away from home, from small casual breakfasts to large holiday feasts. Smart TVs throughout, a private ski locker, in-unit washer and dryer and heated underground parking for one vehicle add every modern convenience for the perfect getaway.

Enjoy the large community gas firepit and two propane grills available on the main floor at Base Camp One any time of year! - Granby Ranch clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub and gym can be accessed by guests for $20 per day for adults and children over 8 years old. Passes can be purchased at the Clubhouse.

- 1 Parking space available in heated parking garage (additional parking available at the Silvercreek Inn)
- This is a 4th floor condo unit - This home is accessed via elevator or stairs
- 4WD / AWD, Snow Tires or Chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- This home is Not Pet Friendly - No exceptions per HOA regulations

- No Parties or Events

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
