Welcome to Granby Ranch`s most updated Townhome in Base Camp One! Newly built home with a modern mountain cozy feel. From the moment you book, you will be treated with the latest in technology and amenities while enjoying a nice relaxing vacation without worries. Our #1 goal is to make sure you feel at home and have a great vacation.

This is not your typical cheap rental in Granby. This is a nice, well appointed vacation home with high end appliances, furnishings, and accessories we look forward to sharing with you!

Take advantage of the Granby Guest Hall and Year Round Heated Pool and Hot tub right out the back door! You can see your kids at the pool and hot tub only a few feet away. Cozy up inside with a family room, gas fireplace, 2 Story, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, 1700 sq st, and large windows with your own private 300 sq ft Fire Pit and Dining patio with seating for 12. Enjoy a full-size gas range for cooking, full-size fridge with ice maker and water, and full-size upgraded laundry machines on the 2nd floor.

You picked the only location at the Granby Ranch Base that offers Ski-In/Ski-Out! But what about Base Camp Condos vs Base Camp Townhomes? There are 65 Condos vs only 16 Townhomes. The Condos have small apartment fridges with no water dispenser or ice makers, small apartment washer and dryers, no gas ranges, small balconies with no private fire-pits, and one story smaller and older. Additionally, all the units only offer super cramped strict 1 car parking that you have to lug all your luggage, boots, and groceries up elevators with carts, if they are even available. Have 2 cars? Impossible to stay in the Condos or park anywhere else nearby. Staying at the Base Camp Townhomes you get all the room to stretch out with access to Base Camp and still in the Village. Enjoy a hassle free vacation that is in the heart of the action with the Base Camp Townhomes. You also get to arrive in your own private warm garage with additional three car tandem parking in the driveway for a total of 4 vehicles. Best part? You still have a private Ski Locker in the Condos and Full Access. The Townhomes are the only place in Base Camp with this much space and convenience.

Master Bedroom: King Bed with new Purple Hybrid Plus $4,000 Mattress, Walk In Closet, Attached Full Bathroom with Private Climate Control. 55” top of the line Samsung Smart Streaming TV, Portable Workspace Desk. Keurig Coffee Machine. 4 Large Windows, view of Pool/HotTub, view of Chairlift and Ski Mountain.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with 50” top of the line Samsung Smart TV, Views out Front. Closet, shared hall way bathroom with Shower/BathTub Combo.

Bedroom 3: 2 Bunkbeds with one having 2 Full Size Beds and one with 2 Twin Beds. No TV.

All Bedrooms have portable fans, humidifiers, and extra pillows available. Additionally all rooms have nightstand charging ports for all the electronics.

Main Floor: Kitchen with Island, Family Room with new 65” Samsung 9 Series Smart TV, Gas Fireplace, Pottery Barn Stone Coffee Table, Pottery Barn Rug and Lights, RH Dining Room Table seating 6, Attached Garage and Mudroom. Family Room Couch is a nice Potter Barn Sleeper Sofa with Memory Foam.

Pets: Unfortunately NO PETS. We love them but not in a short term rental to being respectful of others allergies and cleanliness and damage. $1,000 fine for any pets.

Smoking: None, indoor or outdoor. Against HOA rules to smoke (anything) outside, even on patio or in front as it drifts to neighbors.

SKI ACCESS:

With owner access to Base Camp Lodge, you get a private Ski Locker for a Ski In/Ski Out experience while having access to Base Camp bathrooms, a great room, an outdoor fire pit, and outdoor ski storage. Winter family ski trip. Nice home, great location. Use of the ski cage in the lodge made going back and forth a lot easier. We had some trouble with the website not having all of the correct information and codes initially but the hosts responded quickly to our texts. The virtual doorman site needs a quick update but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Be prepared for no A/C - which was not a problem other than smoke because of all of the fires in the area and the construction noise nearby.Furniture/beds/showers/laundry were all phenomenal.

Thanks for staying Andrea. I personally struggle with the no AC for a couple weeks in the summer too! When we bought up there I had to do a double take on the AC. Turns out no one has AC up in the mountains. Like no one. We rented in the Condos before and none of those, no town homes, no houses (I’m sure there is an outlier that does). The homes use radiant heat so there are no ducts for AC. And what everyone tells me, and we found out, that you don’t need AC for about 50 out of the 52 weeks up there. The average temp in the Summer is Low of 50 and High 75. And nights are cool to open the window. We put ceiling fans in every room and backup desk fans as well. Buuuut, I like to be super cool and there a couple weeks those highs can get in the high 75’s and it feels hot. Especially if you can’t open the window when smoke from those fires were up there. So sorry you had to deal with that!!! I hate when any guest is uncomfortable and I truly don’t know what to do to help to fix that in the future, and I’m sorry! :( Happy to give you a credit back or do anything to help make it better.

Spring Break in Granby

We had two families stay and the accomodations were perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 8-12). Carly was very responsive to a couple of quick questions we had about the property. Easy access to the base of the mountain and lifts. Great time!

Great location/Great property

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and as advertised. It is a short walk to the main ski lodge and the lifts at Ski Granby. The construction on the block was not a big deal. The owners were very easy to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect get away for the family!!!

Super clean & new! Lots of extras to make you feel right at home, even for the kids. Bedding and towels and blankets were so soft and comfortable. Everything was easy to use, communication with the owner was quick and easy. We will most definitely be back!

Adorable, great location

This house was perfect! We had two families staying. There was plenty of room, the view was great, awesome access to the lodge with a place to put skis. Love that the house had a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack SO SO much in checked luggage. We will definitely be back.

Family and friends ski vacation

We have been going to Granby Ranch to ski for many years and usually stay in an apartment in Basecamp One. We love the ski resort which is perfect for a group of families with kids. Everyone can enjoy skiing at their pace and it is really easy to keep track of all the kids since there is one landing spot for all lifts. This condo is by far the nicest, most spacious, most well thought out unit we have ever enjoyed! The owners have clearly taken a lot of time and thought in to details others rarely consider. The master bedroom mattress was amazing and I wish all rentals were as comfortable. The owners were available when we had questions and we would highly recommend this condo.
