This is our 3 time staying at this great house on Coventry Lake. Our granddaughters love swimming in the lake and also the "disco room" in the basement! The house is clean, has a big kitchen and open main floor and the deck is great.

Beautiful Lake Property

Our family enjoyed our annual holiday trip to CT. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated! TJ was very responsive, and the house was fully stocked. He thought of everything. I would highly recommend this property!

Location of being right on the water was great with boat dock. Lake is clean and perfect size. House size was perfect but had a bit of a musty smell especially in a couple of upstair bedrooms. Basement was nice for accessing outdoors but didn’t seem cleaned in a bit, leftover worms in refrigerator which is fine as didn’t need to use. Unfortunate so much duck poop on the grounds as neighbors seem to feed them. But overall suit our needs for the time we were there.

Another great time

This was our second year staying here. Our trip was delayed a day due to the hurricane and the owner was in touch with us with updates. He always replied quickly to questions. The house is great. Very clean. There is a beautiful new wrap around deck. We ate dinner there every night. My 3 granddaughters (2,5, and 8)just loved the beach and swimming right in front of the house and spent hours there every day. And they loved having dance parties in the basement room with the fun lights. A wonderful week!

Our two week stay at the lake house.

Excellent property for entertaining. Family and friends also enjoyed the lake house. I would highly recommend this as a vacation spot. The lake was very clean for swimming, paddle boarding, and boating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Coventry Lake Vacation

Awesome experience! The open floor plan and new, enlarged deck are wonderful. Our family enjoyed swimming, boating and fishing on the beautiful lake.

Beautiful Coventry Lake

The location couldn’t have been better for us. We attended a wedding and it was only a 5 minute drive. The kitchen was wonderful! You don’t expect a kitchen like that in a rental. I would have given 5 stars for everything but there were a few things that I wish had been better. There were lawn tools on the rock wall and the floating dock was an eye sore. That being said, it’s a great rental for adults!

TJ's House

The house and property was very clean and attractive. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a welcoming package giving us information as to how to operate the Tvs (3 screens but only 1 remote with batteries) and local information as to grocery stores and restaurants. We were able to get this information from the neighbor but that was the day before we left.

Great house and location

My daughter and family (including my 3 granddaughters) live in Storrs so this was a perfect location for us coming from PA. to spend time with them. The house is great. Very clean. We loved the open layout of the first floor. My granddaughters loved the sand beach and swimming and we brought our kayaks. We ate most of our dinners on the deck. The downstairs room has a bar and great fun lights. My granddaughters had a dance party! Was a wonderful week. And TJ answered our texts with questions immediately.

Spacious modern property on beautiful lake.

Very well equipped house on beautiful small lake. Sun all day with large lake frontage and dock. Great sound system inside and out. Two full baths that are well supplied with all necessities as is the kitchen. Bedding very comfortable. An amazing amount of parking space. Owner very gracious and easily accessible.
