Studio boutique dans un emplacement central - à pied du port!

JETTY HABITAT est un studio privé de 1 chambre de style boutique au cœur de la jetée recherchée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il y a un canapé-lit mais la propriété est idéale pour un couple ou un voyage d'affaires.
Magnifiquement aménagé avec une entrée séparée, le studio est privé et calme avec une terrasse de jardin et un aperçu du port ....

INTÉRIEUR
L'intérieur présente des sols en béton poli, un mobilier de qualité dans un thème côtier moderne, ce qui en fait un espace accueillant et confortable. Le souci du détail était notre priorité et les petites attentions font une différence dans votre séjour.

INSTALLATIONS
Les repas peuvent être préparés dans la petite kitchenette fonctionnelle et nous proposons un petit-déjeuner continental composé de muesli, de yaourts, de viennoiseries, de fruits et de jus d'orange. Un plateau gastronomique et du champagne à l'arrivée peuvent être organisés pour un petit supplément si demandé. Communiquez simplement vos besoins.
Une nuit de détente, regarder des films, lire dans la bibliothèque bien garnie ou jouer à des jeux de société sont une autre option.
La chambre capte les belles brises de mer et présente une décoration élégante avec du linge de qualité.

NEIGBOURHOOD
Alors que nous sommes dans une rue résidentielle, nous sommes extrêmement proches de l'action. Le célèbre Jetty Theatre est littéralement à 1 min à pied et vous avez l'embarras du choix pour les cafés, les restaurants, la boulangerie artisanale, les attractions touristiques et la beauté naturelle pratiquement à votre porte. Il y a aussi une laverie en bas de la route si nécessaire, car avouons-le, qui veut faire la lessive tout en faisant une pause?

Alors que Nicolle travaille dans le studio de design d'intérieur adjacent (et nous vivons également sur place) - nous respectons votre vie privée, l'enregistrement automatique est donc standard. Un texte pour dire que vous êtes arrivé est apprécié, sinon n'hésitez pas à venir nous dire bonjour (uniquement si vous le souhaitez) à votre arrivée si nous y sommes.

Lovely property for our short stay

We enjoyed staying here. very nice property with everything available and a lovely breakfast is thrown in. Just a word of warning for people this is important for, the parking is street parking.

Great holiday spot.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable as the place was exceptionally clean and with a nice view of the oceans , not to mention the amount of goodies left for my family and I to enjoy during our time here. The owners were very nice and gave us a warm welcome into our beautifully design location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at Coffs Harbour.

Great garage conversion in central location

The accommodation is a converted garage under a house on wooden poles. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Natural light and privacy are lacking. The breakfast supplies were generous. Excellent communication with the host.

As an interior architect I feel compelled to address this incorrect guest assumption that bnb was a garage conversion ! It was an addition made after we purchased the residence and was specifically designed for guest use. It is under the main residence and gets lovely easterly morning sun but is shaded in the afternoon. Please refer to our property description and other guest reviews for further accurate insight.

Stay at Coffs Harbour

Very good, the fact food was left for breakfast and to make drinks was a nice touch and very welcome after a late evening arrival in the pouring rain. The parking is on the road outside the property. Only issue which will likely not affect most guests is that access to the property is via a gate and a path down the side of the property to the rear, this though surfaced with small stones. If you are an international traveller with luggage to suit and not built like Arnold Schwarzenegger it is impossible to wheel your luggage down this path as it will just sink into the stones. Myself and my wife both had to carry each case in. Apart from this all good.

Lovely place

Clean and comfortable, this place was in a great spot, walking distance to the jetty and a number of restaurants. It has everything you need, and some lovely touches. The yogurt, fresh fruit and granola was especially delicious for breakfast. Thank you Nicolle.

This one bedroom apartment is situated under Nicole's house .It was beautifully decorated with every amenity you would need for a short stay. There isn't anywhere sunny outside to sit but it was very private and we really enjoyed our stay.

Coffs natural style

We loved Nicole's studio - great location for restaurants, cafes , harbour walks and early am swims. It was small for 4 adults but the sofa bed in the main room was apparently comfortable. Great to have the outdoor space too. We were suckers for the interior design and styling. Kitchen seemed quite well equipped but we ate out mostly.

Short stay in Coffs

Well appointed, centrally located, modern, bright, airy and comfortable. The studio is very private and quiet. Street parking is plentiful outside school hours. The kitchenette has everything needed to prepare meals, from a small oven through to a 2 burner hotplate and microwave. A 10 minute walk away is the Jetty, beach and local shops and restaurants. Nicole is approachable, friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the studio and would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Jetty Habitat is a private, recently renovated studio apartment BENEATH a main residence. Your host, Nicolle also works on the property in a separate interior design studio called Natural Habitat Interiors and Design. A family of 4 including our labradoodle, Lenny live upstairs. As long term locals, we love the Mid North Coast and have a wealth of local knowledge they are happy to share.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Jetty Habitat is a location that is hard to beat. It is a close walk to all lots of facilities as it in the heart of the sought after Jetty suburb. It is a stylish and cosy studio apartment that is close to cafes, theatre, artisan bakery, the beautiful safe harbour. There is the option of a walks around the creek and mangroves or up the iconic Muttonbird Island with a view back toward the hinterland .. we have overnight stop overs and lots of repeat guests for the many sporting events held in the region and really enjoy providing a lovely hostility experience for our guests.
