Beautiful ocean view with lovely sounds. Staff was extra friendly with good resteraunts coffee, and shopping within walking distance

Room was poorly cleaned and walls are very thin…other than that its a great location super close to the beach shopping, as well as a nice pool and hot tub!

The plumbing in the bathtub was back to front not good if a kid is thinking the water would be cold but came out hot I believe the same issue was reported in another unit exterior needs some work especially paint as it’s in such a wet area coffee and sugar was nice but no creamer !!! Breakfast was a lot to desired for Coffee not very good tasting

If the clanky elevator doesn't kill you, then the unlit upper floor stairwell might. Waited over 15 minutes to check in, as no one was at the dingy and clutter-covered front desk. Employee finally emerged wiping their wet hands on their shirt. Maybe they had just "cleaned" our room, which had hairballs on the floor and sticky furniture surfaces. Tub seemed clean enough. We were unable to request, much less get, more than the 2 handkerchief sized towels allotted each guest for your entire stay or additional TP due to a maddeningly lengthy phone tree that circles you around and eventually hits you with a message that no one is available and a hang up. Woe unto you if you have a real problem like a clogged toilet or sink, as you will not be able to get a hold of anyone. On the positive side, the view from room 335 was stunning. We didn't mind the power lines, as they afforded excellent bird watching. It's a great location blocks from Nye Beach businesses. We didn't experience the noise issues described in other reviews, but we were on the ocean side. We also glanced at the pool and hot tub, but decided against using them in light of a previous review about feces being left everywhere by a guest's infant, but that's a risk with all public pools.

Room was ok, bed was short and not enough blankets. Towels were very thin and only had 1 set. AC didn’t work great. Room was very hot because of the sun, blackout curtains were ok. Breakfast was very minimal but ok. Staff limited availability during breakfast.
