*Parking Regulations*
You can park one vehicle in the garage and one in front of the garage. There is extra parking for 7 vehicles on the left when you first enter the complex. Please park in the spots marked by the Tenant Parking Signs. NO parking of Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, or Vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks; they are prohibited from the complex and must be parked offsite at all times. Please don't follow how other people may be parking in front of the units as the strata will issue a fine if you are parked anywhere other than what we've listed above. Thank you for your attention to this.

Sullivan Stone 4 is a beautiful 3-bedroom condominium/townhouse. The unit is cozy, warm and has everything you will need for that perfect family, multi-family or group getaway. Just bring some food, drink and friends.
The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you'll need, a comfortable living space and great beds. It is one of the best places to stay on the hill. With a private hot tub on deck, who could ask for more?!
