Guests will have private access to the entire 3-story townhouse, including the private deck with a hot tub and BBQ.
Entry: Enjoy easy and efficient contactless entry with a secure keypad. Check-in details will be emailed to you for seamless communication.
Parking: You may park one vehicle in the private garage and one vehicle directly in front of the garage. There are seven additional shared parking spots for tenants, located on the left as you enter the complex. Please only park in spots marked with "Tenant Parking" signs. These are first-come, first-served. Important: Commercial vehicles, trailers, or vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks are strictly prohibited from parking anywhere in the complex and must be parked off-site. Fines will be issued by the strata for improper parking.

With over 1,500 sq ft of living space, our home is ideal for large families or groups. The main floor features a warm, open-concept living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms This home features three private bedrooms and three bathrooms, ensuring peaceful rest and privacy for your group. Upper Level Primary Bedroom: A queen bed, incredible mountain views, a desk space for work, a double pullout sofa, and a full ensuite bathroom. Upper Level Second Bedroom: Two twin beds. Main Level Bedroom: A queen bed. Living Room: A double pull-out couch provides additional sleeping space.
Kitchen & Dining The large, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a feast, including utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and a dishwasher. The living and dining areas offer plenty of comfortable seating for your entire group.
Outdoor Living Step onto your private deck to find the ultimate indulgence: a covered hot tub. It's the perfect spot to soothe your muscles while soaking in breathtaking mountain views. You'll also find a BBQ and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing after a delicious meal.
