This cozy, minimalist retreat near downtown Bentonville has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and two closet spaces. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed plus closet. Both bedrooms have TVs.

-- BATHROOMS --
There is one full bathroom. It features a vanity and shower/tub combo. It includes towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
The quaint kitchen is the perfect space to dine-in or enjoy some takeout. The dining table seats four, while the bar can seat up to three guests. From plates and glasses to pots and pans, the kitchen is equipped with all items you need to prepare meals.

Step out on the back porch to enjoy your favorite drink. Complimentary coffee and tea provided.

-- LIVING ROOM --
When you enter the home, you will immediately see the living room in front of you. It is an open concept with a sectional sofa and two chairs. The sectional turns into a queen-size sofa bed. Watch your favorite shows and movies on the TV.

-- OUTDOOR AREA --
There is a back porch where you enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, there is a grill on the porch for guest use. The sides of the backyard are fenced-in, however the back of the home has an open area that connects to a walking trail.

We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. If smoking is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.

- NO Pets: If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
