The walkout basement features third bathroom and full laundry with an additional big screen TV. Here you will find a futon and two bean bag that covert to 2 full size beds to bring the number our place sleeps to 10 total.

Property is on the Tunnel Vision trail. Hop right on it from the back of the property. We are in the middle of 7 different golf courses and lakes and access to these can be provided upon request. We love renting pontoon boats or paddle boards at Lakepoint Marina!

We provide a list of all our favorite restaurants, craft breweries and local attractions. Crystal Bridges is a must see!
Please note Bella Vista is a community in the OZ mountains and many roads and driveways are steep. Our home is no exception with a steep driveway and stairs down to the property. A parking spot is available at the top of the driveway.

We do have 3 outdoor cameras at the doors for security.
