"BALBOA SEA ESCAPE" (10% de réduction hebdomadaire) La plage et la baie sont à un pâté de maisons. "GARAGE STATIONNEMENT" pour une "voiture SUB COMPACT". "CLIMATISATION" Situé entre Newport et Balboa Piers, ce bâtiment de 4 unités situé au milieu du siècle sur West Balboa Blvd est idéal pour de courtes promenades vers la jetée et de nombreux restaurants raffinés, ainsi que pour le ferry Balboa et le Catalina Flyer. Ce studio dispose de nouveaux comptoirs et armoires en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers avec lave-vaisselle. Il y a un lit confortable capitaine queen avec rangement en dessous et un grand placard et un espace de tiroir. Les tables latérales sont des tables pour ordinateur portable pour fournir un espace de travail. Les installations comprennent Smart TV, câble, connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, machine à laver à pièces et sèche-linge. Un barbecue à gaz avec table et chaises est situé sur un patio commun. Des chaises de plage sont fournies et stockées dans le garage avec la lessive. Ceci est une unité au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a une petite salle de bain avec une petite douche. Everything was good, very close to everything that we needed to go to in Newport beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bed was comfortable I’m sure we have to stay there again.

This place was perfect for our work/pleasure trip. Having towels and coolers accessible for the beach was great. We were able to walk to most places or super quick Uber. Would 100% stay again!

Perfect place to stay on the peninsula. The home is super clean with all the amenities to cook while you're there, lots of beach toys to use, laundry on site and garagevparking is a plus. Hosts were great and answered quickly when we had questions. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, enjoyed how close to the beach it was. Very clean and very comfortable. only downfall is parking. Came with the garage, but you must have a subcompact car to fit. Luckily we were informed of this beforehand and everything worked out great. would stay here again.!

This property is located on block off the beach and about a 25 minute drive from John Wayne Airport. The rental provides all the basics for an enjoyable stay, is in a safe location and within walking distance to shops and services.

The bed in the room was a single double bed, not a queen-size bed. I paid for a week's stay but only stayed two nights. It's a great place for couples, the location is fantastic, just minutes' walk from the beautiful beach , and the hostess, Janet, was very nice

The Bed is a queen size bed. I bought the bed and buy the sheets so I am sure. Perhaps, you wanted a King.

Great location and property. The studio was cozy and well-equipped for guests. Clear check-in and in-home directions made the stay seamless. Location is outstanding and everything you need is walkable but having the garage is a great option as well. Comfortable bed and bedding. Would stay here again, and again.

Excellent stay. Location Location!

It was a lovely stay. Half a block from the beach within a Newport residential neighborhood. Bed was comfy. Parking was great. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple.

This is my second time staying at this spot, and there is a reason why I have stayed here twice! This spot is so cute and cozy and is just a short walk across the street to the beach. The place is so clean and that is so important to me. It’s also a plus that this place has a garage for a vehicle. I would definitely come back to this place!

Beach getaway!

We spent a very relaxing 4 days in this cozy beachside studio - just the thing to escape the Midwest winter! Loved that the beach was just across the road.
