The interior is designed for easy group living, with an open-concept layout that connects the living area and kitchen. Comfortable seating invites you to relax, stream a show on the TV, or stay connected with Wifi and an Ethernet connection. A dedicated workspace makes it simple to balance work and downtime, while air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable throughout the year.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for preparing meals at home, offering everything you need for cooking and gathering. A dining table provides a central place to share meals, while the BBQ grill and outdoor setup give you the option to cook and dine outside.
Sleeping arrangements
With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, the home accommodates up to 12 guests. Each bedroom is arranged to support a restful stay, including a primary suite for added space. Bed linens, essentials, and clothing storage are provided, along with a washer and dryer for longer stays. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib is available, making the home suitable for families traveling with young children.
Outdoor living
The backyard is designed for both relaxation and play. Spend time in the private outdoor pool, unwind on the patio or balcony, or enjoy the open backyard space. Outdoor furniture creates a comfortable setting for conversation and meals, while games like mini putt, cornhole, darts, and board games add variety to your time at home. Beach essentials are also available for days spent along the shore.

Guests have access to a private entrance and free parking on premises, along with additional free street parking. The home is single level with no stairs, making it easy to move throughout the space. Bathroom essentials, a bathtub, and hot water are provided, along with a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm for added peace of mind. The property is pet-friendly and allows long term stays.
