Acqua & Pietra - The art of Apulian living

Welcome to Acqua e Pietra (Water and Stone) , a unique loft where the essential charm of natural materials meets the comfort of contemporary design. Situated in an Apulian region, this space is born from the encounter of two opposing yet complementary elements: the fluidity of water and the solidity of stone.

The house was originally built in 1936 and fully restructured in April 2025. The furnishings are essential but refined, to offer understated and environmentally friendly luxury.

The loft is made up with two rooms with “volta a stella” ceilings, a bathroom, a private small relaxing and private garden at the back of the loft. The first room includes a small kitchen and a storage/utility room while the second room includes a nice and very cosy leaving room with stairs to the bedroom. Through the back door our Guests will have access to a relaxing private garden with jacuzzi and area bbq.

The loft has air conditioning throughout all rooms and the electricity is provided directly from a photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the loft. We support a green environment!

The spaces are designed to welcome those seeking relaxation, inspiration, and connection with the essence of the region and its architecture.
