Guests will adore this ideal family beach home, brand new to our inventory and recently renovated. Located at 2734 Old Forest Drive, each of the five bedrooms is large and spacious, featuring big closets, brand new mattresses, high-end furnishings, smart TVs in each bedroom, new ceiling fans, and new blinds throughout.

Bedroom Layout:
• Bedroom One: King bed, en-suite bathroom with a large shower, TV, dresser, large closet, and ceiling fan (located on the first floor).
• Bedroom Two: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, TV, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan (located on the first floor).
• Bedroom Three: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, TV, dresser, large closet, and ceiling fan (located upstairs).
• Bedroom Four: Queen bed, TV, large closet, and ceiling fan (located upstairs).
• Bedroom Five: Two twin beds, TV, dresser, large closet, and ceiling fan (located upstairs).

Guests enter the home through the southern front porch. Inside, a spacious living area offers brand new leather seating, a large smart TV, built-in bookcases, and a decorative fireplace, making it an inviting place to unwind after a day at the beach.

A large dining room with ample seating is perfect for family meals and game nights. The kitchen features new, high-end appliances and is well stocked with cookware and serveware. Seating includes three counter stools and an additional table with three stools.

Off the kitchen, a second gathering space offers another TV and comfortable seating, ideal for movie nights or watching sports. This room opens to a large back deck overlooking a peaceful lagoon framed by ancient live oaks. Outdoor seating and a grill make this an excellent spot for al fresco dining.

The primary suite and second en-suite bedroom are located on the first floor. Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms, including a second en-suite, all thoughtfully furnished for comfort and relaxation. A large laundry room makes trips to and from the beach easy, and the garage is accessible for guest use. The home is spacious, clean, and uncluttered. Get your calendars ready, as available weeks will not last long.

• BEACH: 1.9 miles away. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Complimentary access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included. Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is available with the digital amenity card.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes. Guests have full access to the garage and large driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the strict 4-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. This policy is firm. Thank you for your understanding.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000251.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the home's dedicated laundry room for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 4 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the 4-pass limit.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT of A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
