Overall stay was really really nice.Hosts were great and easy to talk to.Everything was great. Would stay here again. Stay was during Coachella so the owners and property managers were a little nervous and sometimes presumptuous. Understandably so because some occupants are irresponsible. For example: Went to get coffee one morning and left the trash cans outside of the garage-which were full-the wind picked up and blew some of the trash out of the bin. I immediately picked up the trash when I got back and put the cans back in the garage(before they called). It got reported and they called me asking a bunch of questions and claiming there was trash all over the place-There was 10 pieces of small trash that I cleaned up in 5 min. They were asking why there was so much trash in the cans, and making small threats to fine me. I calmed them down. Just didn't feel nice to make threats and assumptions about the trash before giving me a chance to explain myself. At the end of the day it was an honest mistake on my behalf and I took full responsibility. No bad blood. It was Coachella so I understood their concern. Main issue I had was the temp of the house. For the first 8 hours I couldn't go under 75 degrees, was incredibly uncomfortable upstairs. They locked their thermostat and I had to talk to 3 people before I could change it to a reasonable temp. Lowest I could go was 72. Was still too hot for my GF and I upstairs so made it hard to sleep some nights. STILL 5 STARS!!!
