La propriété est située à 600 m (10 min à pied) de la plage Mikri Vigla, une des plus belles plages dans les Cyclades. Cette Villa offre la commodité d'être accessible à certains des plus belles plages d'Europe, tout en conservant un niveau de confidentialité et de tranquillité. Il ya trois chambres pouvant accueillir 10 lits et deux salles d'eau. Le niveau intermédiaire se compose d'un plan ouvert entièrement cuisine / salle à manger et salon avec 40in TV satellite, Internet sans fil, menant à une immense terrasse avec une vue fantastique sur la mer Egée et les îles voisines. Au premier étage se trouve une chambre double avec grand lit double et 1 futon, air conditionné, placards, moustiquaires et doubles portes donnant sur une grande terrasse avec table et chaises pour 6 personnes, des jardins et une grande douche extérieure privée . Au dernier étage est une chambre double avec grand lit double, air conditionné, placards, moustiquaires et une grande terrasse avec une vue imprenable. En bas (sous le niveau du sol sans fenêtres et naturellement cool) il y a une grande chambre avec 1 futon double et 1 futon simple, lits superposés et une salle de douche. Il ya également un parking privé hors rue.

Great setting in a very comfortable home

Loved the style and authentic character of the house. Amazing views and perfectly ocated for stunning nearrby beaches. Well equipped and lots of lovely outdoors place to chill.

Seaview Villa is a slice of paradise!

Our family of five stayed at Seaview Villa August 11-21, 2023. The Villa's outdoor spaces are absolutely wonderful. There are multiple patio areas for eating, reading, relaxing, and simply marveling at the views of the land & sea. The Villa is comfortable and the location is perfect for swimming at nearby beaches and day trips all over the island. Our host was very helpful and quickly resolved any issues we encountered during out stay. We would stay here again if we return to Naxos in the future.

Beautiful stay!

The villa is fantastic! Position is the TOP, with a beautiful view. Good for the children. The rooms are well organized and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. David is very kind, available and attent to the guests needs. Only few notes: 200 euros for the cleaning seemed too much + pay attention to the stairs without handrails. Thank you for everything, our holiday at the villa was special.

Lovely Naxos House on a hill

Spectacular views, clean, comfortable house,at an affordable rate with al the necessary amenities. Greek island houses are often somewhat uncomfortable, with straight backed built-in stucco "couches" with thin foam seat pads, thin mattresses, etc. This house, however, was quite comfortable. There's one bedroom up a short flight of 5 or 6 stairs, and another bedroom above it, up another 5 or 6 stairs. The bathroom is immediately adjacent to the first bedroom, which serves to make that one the "master", There's also a basement with a third bedroom (mostly underground but with a small window at near ceiling level. There's a second bathroom at that basement level, and a good washing machine. It's dark on the basement level, but manageable and tailored for kids. Kitchen was good sized, well-equipped and well laid out. Nice welcome fruit basket. They only provided 2 bath towels and two hand towels for the upstairs bathroom, and one of each for the basement bathroom, a bit chintzy. The location is a bit rural, a good 25 minute drive to Naxos town center, and access to the house can involve some pretty significant pot holes and dirt roads.It was a minor inconvenience. All in all, this is a lovely, comfortable home with magnificent views

LOCATION DECEVANTE

Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire mais avons du apporter un supplément (non précisé dans l'annonce) pour le ménage. Hors, nous avons trouvé un location très sale... Nous en avons parlé au propriétaire qui n'a pas jugé important de refaire passer quelqu'un ou de ne pas prendre cette commission de ménage supplémentaire. L'annonce ne montrait pas que la maison est cernée pas d'autres villas, louées à des jeunes qui ne sont là que pour faire la fête. Avec des jeunes enfants, les nuisances sonores sont compliquées. De plus, après des nuits agitées les travaux d'une énorme résidence en bas commencent à de bonne heure. Ces travaux, rendent l'accès à pied à la plage franchement compliqué. Location plus que spartiate, le stricte minimum, aucun condiment... Chambre en sous-sol avec une fenêtre microscopique, sans lumière. Pas satisfaite de cette location.

Très chouette et agréable maison

Tout était parfait, la terrasse est particulièrement agréable, la cuisine est bien équipée. La chambre du bas n’est pas climatisée et le salon est un peu étroit mais sinon tout est parfait.

Vue imprenable sur Mikri Vigla

Nous sommes ravies d avoir séjourner à la villa sea view ! La maison est parfaite, tant sur la localisation que sur son aspect. Un accueil chaleureux fait par David, qui nous a guidé depuis l aéroport jusqu à la villa et nous a aussi conseiller sur les endroits à visiter et les restaurants. En résumé, notre trip kite c est parfaitement bien déroulé grâce en partie à cette villa et à David !

Une belle villa, bien equipée, vue magnifique

La maison est propre, récente et bien équipée. L'extérieur est soigné et confortable avec salon de jardin pour apprécier les couchers de soleil sur la baie de Mikri Vigla. La douche extérieure est aussi appréciable. Chambres spacieuses avec ventilateurs. Une belle maison de vacances. L'accès à la plage peut se faire à pied, mais une voiture est nécessaire pour être confortable. La plage de Mikiri vigla est assez venteuse, la taverne pieds dans le sable est à ne pas manquer, mais à quelques minutes de voiture se trouvent des plages désertes au sable fin. L'accueil est parfait. David est dévoué et indique les choses à faire et à voir de l'île. Une bonne semaine passée en famille.

2 weeks in paradise

The property, manager, and island exceeded our expectations on every level. Everything was clean, the view stunning, the manager was so helpful answering our questions before and during our trip. And Naxos! I'm ready to move there. This island has everything. Next time we come, we will pack lightly and just purchase everything we need in country. And to discover that the two best beaches on the island were within a 15 minute drive was amazing. Thank you for making the trip of a lifetime possible.

A piece of heaven

We stayed in Naxos at this property for 3 weeks and it was absolute bliss. The house location offers wonderful views for any time of day and we had the added bonus of being there when the figs, lemons and pomegranates were ripening in the garden. It is up a steep hill that is walkable but generally would recommend that you have a car to get around and explore the island. There is a handy grocery shop and bakery just a 3 minute drive away and two fabulous beaches to choose from as well as tavernas. The house is really well equipped and offered us all that we needed. Naxos itself is a winner of a destination that mixes chilled out vibes, stylish but welcoming restaurants, super family friend people and restaurants, gorgeous beaches and lots of within reach exploring.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit tollem Weitblick

Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich schön ruhig und abgelegenen von jeglichem Trubel am Hang gelegen, von der Terrasse genießt man den Blick auf einen der schönsten Strände von Naxos und kann den Kitern zuschauen. Sehr herzlicher und professioneller Empfang durch den Verwalter! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A wonderful time in Mikri Vigla!

We spent two fantastic weeks in this very comfortable villa: the house is perfectly located ( near the airport, Hora and also near beautiful sand beaches) and very well equipped. The view from the villa is amazing. Special thanks to David for his warm welcome. If you want to have a restful and wonderful holiday, choose this villa for your stay, you won't be disappointed! Great Villa

We spent 3 weeks in september in this villa and it was a perfect place for our vacation. The area and the villa were even more beautiful than we have imagined. The house is spacious and well-equiped. It was clean and orderly. What we loved most of all was the terrace and the fantastic view of the open sea and Paros. We liked to sit on the terrace in the evening, watching the sunset and feel the relaxing atmosphere. The area was very quiet . We traveled around the island, visited different beaches, each one more beautiful than the last. David, the manager of the villa, was very nice and gave us a lot of useful informations. We loved to stay at this villa and we can really recommend this place. If we return to Naxos we would like to stay at this villa again.
