Magnifique villa récemment rénovée à Naxos en Grèce, à 5 min à pied d'une des plus belle plages de Naxos : Mikri Vigla. Exposée plein sud, elle est protégée du vent du Nord et sa situation en hauteur offre une vue à couper le souffle de 180° sur la mer et l’île en face de Paros. Commerces alimentaires et délicieuses tavernes à proximité immédiate.

Avec 5 chambres doubles, elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, toutes climatisées avec des grands rangements et 4 salles de bain. Les 4 chambres à l'étage sont accessibles par un escalier extérieur. A noter qu'il est possible de transformer dans 2 chambres du premier étage 2 lits doubles en 4 lits simples pour des enfants ou adolescents. 2 lits bébé additionnels sont aussi disponibles.

Les espaces extérieurs se composent:
- d'une très grande terrasse avec cuisine extérieure, barbecue, vaste espace repas sous une grande pergola.

Just finished a glorious one week stay at the villa-amazing in every way! We were a group of 4 couples and had plenty of space for all. The outdoor living spaces are perfect and the views lovely. Love the location walkable to the beach and a few eateries and convenient to a well stocked supermarket. Definitely a quiet neighborhood vibe, but easy access to Chora and Plaka if you are looking for a bit more nightlife. You will definitely want a car at this location and be prepared for a steep street climb to the property… but it is worth it! Would definitely book this property again and really appreciated a collaborative and responsive host!

The villa had a beautiful view and a great pool. Well maintained and Silvana the house manager was always available and helpful. The only downside that the way the house is arranged there is no real space between the rooms, so you are all very close to each other.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful villa. The check in process and communication with the hosts was excellent and they we great about providing recommendations and quick answers to questions throughout our stay.The villa itself is perfect--each room is tastefully appointed, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything that you could think of. One item of note regarding the interior that we hadn't anticipated is that the master BR is on one level and the other 4 on another with no internal access between the two floors. Outside is where this villa shingles--the view, endless outdoor space and pool were the perfect way to start and end our day. This villa is also in a beautiful area with a few small grocery stores, bakeries and an amazing gyro stand 2 minutes away, and is perfectly placed between bustling beaches and quieter ones. we were spoiled for choice. our only regret was not booking a longer stay!

Very nice home for our family

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Naxos. The home is immaculately looked after. The outdoor area is great for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the mornings or evenings. The kitchen is set up nicely with everything you will need and more. Our family enjoyed everything about the house and the location. Silvana was there to welcome us and explain the details of the home and then available when we had questions during the visit. When we are back on the island we will stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

There were 6 adults and 3 children in our family group and Villa Kyparissi provided us with more than enough space and everything we might have wished for was already provided.The pool is perfect and what a view! The outdoor spaces have plenty of loungers and seating and a huge table we could sit at for family meals. The BBQ was well used by us and deemed one of the best.A choice of beautiful beaches is a short walk away and were so much quieter than others we passed when further afield.Finally, our friendly welcome and support from Sylvana was very much appreciated and thank you Agnes and Eric for creating this wonderful home.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Kyparissi. We were two families including teens and children. We all had ample space and privacy. The outdoor space is spectacular, whether enjoying the pool or a coffee or meal at the large patio table. Bedrooms were thoughtful with storage and very comfortable. The house was a bit hard to find at first but loved being a bit off the beaten path. Highly recommend a car while staying here , just mind the steep driveway. We enjoyed nearby Italian restaurant in Orcos beach, Mikri Vigla taverna and beach and Naxos Bakery. We’ve been to Naxos before but never explored this part of the island and really enjoyed it!

Amazing house in a great location

We rented this house for 2 weeks in June with my wife and two daughters. We loved this house!! The view is amazing and the layout of the house is outstanding. It has an amazing outdoor terrace to enjoy breakfast in the morning with a great view. The house is very well equipped and clean. The kitchen has everything you might need. The pool area is really nice for the late afternoon sunsets. The drive to Chora is not to bad (25 minutes) if you want to go for dinner to one of the restaurants in town. I highly recommend this house. I can’t wait to go back.

A beach lovers paradise

We had heard good things about Naxos and found this beautiful Villa which easily accommodated my husband, children and their families (10 in total) for a special family vacation. It looks exactly like the pictures. Our trip was about relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beaches and waters. Four beautiful beaches were within walking distance for us. Plaka beach was the furthest at about a mile away while Mikri Vigla is about a 10 minute walk to the kite surfing spot and 15-20 minutes to the more swimming beach. We swam and relaxed on all and my adult son also learned to kite surf! The beaches were not crowded at all during our stay in early/mid June. They were windy which we enjoyed and we also did some snorkeling and even saw two turtles at Plaka beach! There are two supermarkets near these beaches and a few very nice restaurants. The Villa kitchen has everything you might need and the pool was used every day. We took the Naxos bus which is inexpensive, timely and extremely comfortable to and from Naxos Town. We were strongly encouraged to rent cars but because there were 10 of us, we enjoy walking and the beaches were close we did not. The hostess gave us information about a car service and we used them to get us to the Villa from the ferry (including a stop at a supermarket) and to the airport. The last piece of the walk to the villa is steep but we all did it daily and we range in age from 8 to 73! The views are spectacular and the villa is large modern and beautiful!

magnifique maison, tres bel vue, tres bien équipée , proche des commerces et de la plage.Maison très calme,ideal en famille on a beaucoup de place .on reviendra avec plaisir .Nous faisions du kite donc tres pratique car le spot de kite est juste en bas de la maison
