Guest Access:

Your apartment number will be shared with you 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will pick up keys and parking passes at the front desk. Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation with out refund.



Only one parking spot is available. We do not have access to a second parking spot.



Some buildings or insurance providers require that Sojourn collect identification from its guest. You agree to provide this information upon the confirmation of your booking to the reservation can be cancelled. This policy is also in place to keep you and our guests and tenants safe.



For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.



Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.



What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.



* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...

* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

Commuting is made easy with our location down the street from the Virginia Square-GMU station. Take a trip to your favorite park, grocery store, or restaurant in a pinch. We are in the heart of Arlington, so local businesses, restaurants, shopping spots, and more are at your fingertips. Even historical sites such as the Arlington National Cemetery and the US Marine Corp War Memorial aren’t too far away for an afternoon or a weekend visit.



Getting Around:

A two minute walk to the Virginia Square metro. Orange and Silver line.
