Living Room//Work Space: Work space comes with cozy corner desk and a comfy chair. High-speed internet makes it a great place to work from if needed. Living room has 50" TV with streaming for entertainment. Couch pulls out to full size bed for additional guests (Sleeps 2).

Bedroom 1: King size bed with 44" HD TV w/ streaming. Closet and large dresser for belongings. Sleeps 2.

Perfect

Perfect deserves no further clarification - everything was exactly as advertised (well-furnished, clean, and modern). This was by-far the easiest and best VRBO experience that we have encountered.

Clean and modern updated suite. Visited former Arlington residences, neighborhoods, church, schools. Toured Capital Mall, Pentagon 9/11 Memorial. Visited granddaughter in nearby McLean.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! It was everything we needed. Clean property. Safe neighborhood. Parking spot. Convenient access to DC if you are driving. There is a bus stop a block away if you want to take public transportation. The bus can take you to a nearby Metro station which will take you into DC.

Really nice!

Clean and spacious apartment. Great kitchen! Chairs in the dinning room pretty wobbly. Towels great! Beds very comfortable with quiet nights in this cute neighborhood. Close to everything. Steps up to the second floor maybe a bit of a challenge for some people.

Arlington Visit

Nice place - wish there were a TV in the bedroom. Parking pass was not in a lock box as directed but got one from the front desk (great folks there). Very low water pressure in one bathroom sink. More bureaucracy than most VRBO rentals. Great location, nice place but not luxury.

Great space on a quiet street,

Nice property, clean, modern, has been completely renovated. This was a great option when we went to DC for the Marine Corp marathon and provided a lot more space for our family of 4 and better value than a hotel room. Has a cute little nook area just off the family room with a futon/twin bed that was perfect for our youngest, she felt like she had her own space. Pip was super helpful and provided great communication throughout the process. He even jumped on the phone and helped us find the property the night we checked in (which BTW was totally my fault, I was looking at the address wrong, lol).

Nice Apartment

Overall, I would recommend staying here. It was very clean with the exception of a few long black hairs in my bed and shower (NOT MINE). Also...host only responded to my communication if sent through the VRBO app. Neighborhood was okay...seemed slightly run down but nothing concerning. It is close to a Metro station which we easily used Uber to access. We stayed on top floor and stairs to access had a big crack on one step which we had to avoid. However, none of these things would prevent me from staying here again. Overall a good choice!
