Mattresses were well past their use-bye!! Extremely uncomfortable resulting in minimal sleep. Require replacing.Linen did not fit the mattress. The condo should not be rented out when the condo above is occupied, as the noise level is terrible. Every footstep is audible.Nice grounds, great pool, but difficult to enjoy with minimal sleep.

Great location and layout. We loved the patio with the ocean view proximity to shops. The only thing we found less than ideal were the bugs inside the condo (about 5).

Thank you for your review! 🌺 We’re so glad you enjoyed the great location, layout, and especially the patio with the ocean view — it’s such a nice spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Regarding the bugs, while we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of encountering insects in a tropical environment, we do take several measures to mitigate this, including regular professional pest control services scheduled by the resort management. We also clearly disclose this in our listing description and disclosures. We appreciate you mentioning it and will continue working with our team to keep the condo as comfortable as possible. We’d love to welcome you back again! Mahalo, Richelle Maui Paradise Properties🌺

Loved our stay

My family of 5 loved this condo! It’s beautifully done and in a quiet area of Wailea. The condo itself was clean and provided everything we needed for home and beach. The management company was stellar. They made check-in and check-out so easy and answered any questions we had quickly. We travel a lot and this is one of the best we’ve stayed in.
