ALOHA et bienvenue dans notre unité à Wailea Ekolu, un condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Notre condo est situé dans le magnifique, luxuriant et spacieux village de Wailea Ekolu. Ekolu est situé dans la zone de villégiature cinq étoiles de WAILEA. Notre condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes et a tout pour plaire! Appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, salles de bains (nouvelles toilettes, douches, baignoire, éviers, nouveau granit partout) et nouveaux planchers (beaux planchers de tuiles d'aspect bois-nettoyage facile). Il y a des unités AC dans le salon, la chambre principale et la chambre d'amis.
Ouvrez les écrans pour les belles brises de Maui en soirée. Notre unité Ekolu vous permet de vous détendre et de vous enfoncer dans l'esprit calme de Maui.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec ustensiles, vaisselle, casseroles / poêles, ustensiles de cuisine, assaisonnements de base, appareils électriques de cuisine (grille-pain, cafetière, bouilloire à thé, théière, mijoteuse, cuiseur à riz, etc.). Vous recevrez toutes les bases pour commencer votre voyage du bon pied et détendu!

Le condo est situé à seulement 16,5 miles de l'aéroport de Kahului. Les épiceries, y compris un Safeway, sont situées juste au nord de Wailea à Kihei. Vous trouverez ici des restaurants bon marché, des cinémas et des magasins de marque.

Ekolu Village propose deux piscines chauffées à l'énergie solaire, des aires de barbecue au charbon de bois avec des tables de pique-nique et une salle de loisirs avec une bibliothèque commune. Nous avons un barbecue électrique sur notre véranda.

LA GRANDE CHOSE DE NOTRE UNITÉ: est que nous n'avons AUCUN VOISIN LATÉRAL à notre droite, ce qui offre encore plus d'intimité. UNITÉ DE REZ-DE-CHAUSSÉE - IDÉAL POUR LES FAMILLES. À seulement une minute sur le chemin du jardin de notre condo se trouve la pizzeria de Manoli, Snorkel Bob's (où vous pouvez planifier vos aventures à Maui ou louer du matériel) et une clinique de soins urgents. Cinq minutes sur le chemin du jardin luxuriant se trouvent les boutiques de Wailea, et à travers la promenade de Wailea, vous atteindrez tous les hôtels cinq étoiles - tous à distance de marche. Nous sommes à moins de cinq minutes en voiture ou à 10 minutes à pied des plages de sable chaudes, où vous pourrez vous détendre sur la plage, faire de la plongée avec tuba, du boogie board et construire des châteaux de sable.

POUR VOUS LES AMOUREUX DU GOLF: Le village d'Ekolu est voisin du terrain de golf Wailea Blue de renommée mondiale.

POUR VOUS JOUEURS DE TENNIS: Le Wailea Tennis Club est situé à proximité de notre condo. Vous ne pouvez pas faire mieux que cela en termes d'emplacement et de commodité!


VEUILLEZ NOTER: Malheureusement, car il s'agit d'une île tropicale, les parasites sont un phénomène courant, c'est pourquoi nous le mentionnons spécifiquement. L'invité doit comprendre que Hawaï est situé dans un climat tropical et que les insectes, les rongeurs et les lézards prospèrent dans cet environnement. Bien que nous ferons de notre mieux pour limiter au minimum votre interaction avec ces parasites pendant votre séjour, les clients doivent comprendre que tout contact du client avec un tel parasite à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de l'unité ne constitue pas une violation de la politique de location.

We had a wonderful vacation on Maui despite dealing with Kona rain storm #1. This unit was very comfortable. When the weather was good we enjoyed the lanai. It does get bright western sun. You had to move around to follow the shade at times. We stayed dry during the heavy rains & didn't have any power outage issues. The kitchen was well stocked.We would recommend dining at Manoli's just down the hill. Though expensive, the nearby Island Market was handy. We also recommend any of the Pacific Whale trips. We did three before the storms. All very enjoyable.

This condo was in an excellent location and had everything we needed for our two week stay. We cooked a lot so we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful and got back to us quickly when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit.

Fantastic location. Very convenient to best beaches in Maui. Very safe environment.

We stayed for six nights and the condo was a perfect spot for hanging out at the beach and snorkling. We did drive to the beach, but you can walk. Fantastic for walking to local coffee shop and the shops at Wailea.

Well appointed, convenient location close to shops and restaurants.

We came for a meeting at the Grand Wailea resort. The condo had everything as described with comfortable beds and linens, with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. Beaches and snorkeling reefs accessible from shore are close by. I would stay here again!

Nice condo - great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable with all the amenities you need away from home. It is on the far side of Ekolu nearest the ocean and the shops, which were a 5 min walk away.

Perfect location for beaches, shopping, food!

This is ideal for 2 couples or small family that wants to be in the middle of it all! Loved that there was a great coffee shop a very short walk from the back door. Also within walking distance to beaches great restaurants, shopping and golfing! The condo had everything we needed for going to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, cooler, towels! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked! Highly recommend this condo! Thank you!!

Great spot close to all in wailea

You won’t be sorry. The two master bedrooms work so well for those traveling with another couple as we were. The air conditions worked great tho a bit noisy which is to be expected with window air conditions. Have fun as this is a chillaxing great place to enjoy this side of the island , it’s resorts and beaches!!!

Affordable Gem in Paradise

Excellent location in the heart of Wailea being very close to all amenities as well as great beaches. The condo was recently renovated and well equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for a day at the beach. I travel extensively with my employment and was very impressed with the comfort of the bed. We enjoyed the quiet location having early morning coffee and evening happy hours on the spacious lanai. The owner and Rentals Maui were easy to work with and very accommodating.

January vacation

This property is in a great location, the lanai always has plenty of shade. It is a .6 mile walk to the beach. Property manager and owner were very helpful. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, and beach chairs are in closet. Plenty of kitchen supplies. You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shop. The only negative is the construction noise, but that will be over after next door project is done.

Location, Location, Location

Great location in the heart of Wailea! Although the pool is a bit of a hike, most days we were fortunate to have it to ourselves. The unit is clean and well supplied, however starting to show its wear. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely soft and probably needs replacing, along with some of the linens. We did have an issue with the plumbing while we were there and it was promptly attended to with no further concerns. Overall, good value for the rate.

Great Location but VERY NOISY condo!

Condo was on plaza parking lot, next to construction of a hotel. Every room has 1-2 louvred slats windows which let in all the noise outside. Had to sleep with earphones ! Very disappointing !

Thank you for your review. The condo is conveniently located within a five minute walk to the Shops of Wailiea and the five star hotels. In terms of your comment about the condo being located on parking lot, it is not. It is on a hill with beautiful ocean views, and the parking lot of a new shopping complex is located below. The shopping complex is yet to open, and offers even more convenience to guests (offering high end stores, coffee shops, etc). Wailea Ekolu is a highly sought after condo. As owners of our unit, if there is any construction next door to the condo, we have to be notified by the local community association. So far we have had no communication relayed from them. I spoke to our cleaner and she told us that there is some construction happening more than two blocks away from the condo and again we were never made aware of this, as this is not considered notifiable by the community association. What a memorable stay in a wonderful condo!

This Wailea condo is absolutely beautiful. We travel to the islands at least once a year and this was definitely our favorite rental. It looks better than the pictures and the communication from the owners was wonderful. We liked it so much that we extended our trip a couple of days. At the time of our stay, construction was just starting up but the view from the condo was not obstructed. The day we were leaving, which was July 14, 2017, they had put up a black tarp to cover their work area behind the condo, but we could still see the ocean from the kitchen just above the tarp. There was some noise from the construction but it really didn't take away from our time there - it was just perfect. It was a quick walk down to the shops and our favorite beaches in Makena were just a very short drive. We loved our stay in this condo very much!

Wonderful property in a great location

My family of 4 (8 year old twins) stayed at this location for Spring Break. The location and the property can not be beat. First, I loved that the second bedroom had twin beds. The extras that were provided were so helpful - chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc. Plenty of towels. The kitchen is stocked so well and there is a beautiful BBQ on the shared ground that you can use. The property is amazingly located. Next to the fancy Wailea hotels with great free beach access, the food market, and easy access to highways. The shared pool is nice but wished it had a hot tub. The only other minor complaint was that you hear workers in the morning as the walls were pretty thin. But we weren't home most of the day so it didn't bother as too much and we got such a great value! This is a great modern, clean, central place to stay if you want to be near Wailea and have a family!

Fabulous & Perfectly located property

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying in your property. We got to the house a little later then we expected, and the lights and fan were on already. It was so welcoming. The house was clean and well equipped. TV’s in every room (kids were super happy to not fight about their shows) . Good wifi connection. Beds were comfortable. We loved the patio with the ocean view. Even with the construction we had a lovely view of the ocean and really enjoyed sitting out there. The location of this property is excellent. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping! This property even had all the beach equipment you would need. Boogie board, sand toys and noodles, beach chairs & umbrellas!!!! My only suggestion would be to provide a few extra beach towels. There was only 3 and we were a family of 5.... everything else was so plentiful, this was not even a problem, just a suggestion for the property. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cozy home with us.

Fantastic!

As you may have read in previous reviews, there is ongoing construction of a shopping plaza that was due to be completed but seems it will continue for at least a few more months. This does result in some construction noise during the weekdays and this condo may not be suitable for those that want to stay indoors all day. With this said, however, I can't imagine why anyone would want to stay indoors with so many beautiful beaches and outdoor activities at your disposal. The location is wonderful and the surrounding area is very clean being in Wailea. The condo itself is in great shape and includes all of the necessary amenities of a beach condo, including beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and much more. You are only a short distance from beach access and may easily walk to Wailea Beach or venture further south to Makena, as well as a few secret spots. The Shops at Wailea are nearby and has a number of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Nadine is great and easy to communicate with. She is very accommodating and allowed us for early check-in with no extra charge and provided us with a 10% discount for the ongoing construction. She even offered us a couple of more days stay, if necessary, upon my request since Hurricane Lane was en route. Fortunately, our flight was not cancelled. Overall, we had a fantastic time visiting Maui. We enjoyed every moment of our time and this condo is ideal in location, amenities, access and management for any person to have as a wonderful experience as we all did.

Great location

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in Feb 2020. We found the location to be perfect as we could walk to the Wailea Blue golf course, Shops at Wailea and shopping. The beach entrance was a little further so we drove it since we needed chairs and gear. The condo was a little dated but very well stocked with kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and pans. We had beach gear, chairs , snorkeling gear and towels. We had one issue with the coffee pot and management had a replacement for us that day. The view from the lanai was incredible. (bring binoculars). We could watch the whale while sitting at our dinning table on the lanai. The grounds were impeccable. Its a bit of a walk to the pool but we didn't use that much anyway. The only negative was that the upstairs neighbor who is a permanent resident ran their a/c unit 24-7. The unit is located just outside of our lanai and was loud, clangy and rattled and buzzed. The peacefulness was disturbed by that a/c unit. After about a week we started to get used to it and were able to ignore it somewhat. We didn't even use our a/c as it really wasn't needed. The fresh air and cool evenings were very comfortable. All in all, I would recommend this unit and will most likely stay again. Thank you.
