**It's HIGHLY recommended that you drive a 4x4 vehicle during the winter months to ensure access to the property! The roads are maintained very well by the HOA during times of inclement weather, but there is still a chance that there could be some slick spots on the back mountain roads. During all other seasons, the property is accessible with any kind of vehicle. Please note, to book a property with a view like this one, some sections of steep, curvy roads are a guarantee. No refunds for last minute bookings due to inclement weather.
