Welcome to Scottsdale Sunshine Retreat — your stylish desert escape just minutes from Old Town, dining, shopping, golf, and everything Scottsdale is famous for. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 and is designed for relaxation, fun, and effortless indoor–outdoor living. With a private pool, putting green, and spacious lounge areas, this home is the perfect getaway for families, golf trips, and small groups.

Step into a bright, inviting home where comfort meets desert charm. The open-concept living area features an oversized sectional sofa that converts into a full-size sleeper, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy movie nights on the large Smart TV, or hang out in the game area featuring a dedicated work desk and shuffleboard table.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook, gather, and entertain — whether you're whipping up breakfast before hitting the town or enjoying dinner after a day in the sun.

Everything was good besides the condition of the turf in the backyard, Rusty nails were popping up from the edges and one of my friends stepped on one and had to get a tetanus shot. Other than that the property and house was nice.

We were unable to stay on the property due to a sewage issue in the master bathroom. They were unable to accommodate us with any alternative homes, forcing us to find other lodging at 10pm. We have 2 children, 8 and 4 years old. Notably: After multiple conversations with the onsite property manager, the last one with an agreement that we would be exiting the property that night, he came to the home unannounced as we were repacking to move out, in an attempt to have a plumber service the issue prior to us departing.
