Youâll be staying in the vibrant core of the Left Bank, just minutes from the Luxembourg Gardens. Several metro stations are a short stroll away, giving you quick connections to multiple lines. The lively areas of Saint-Sulpice and Saint-Germain-des-PrĂ©s are also close at hand.
The apartment blends its original character with carefully chosen modern touches. Even the familyâs vintage china, brought from their home, adds a personal note. The photographs displayed throughout the space were all taken by the owners.
As soon as you step inside, youâll find a bright and expansive living room directly ahead, flooded with afternoon light. This central space includes a cozy seating area and a dining table that seats six. Modern electronicsâsuch as the connected television and Sonos sound systemâare thoughtfully tucked away in the buffet.
To one side of the apartment is the main sleeping area. The ownersâ suite features a generous bathroom equipped with a luxurious walk-in shower, double sinks, and plenty of storage. (Please note that this bathroom does not include a toilet.) The second bedroom is also fitted with spacious wardrobes.
On the opposite side, youâll find a third room that serves as both a study and a bedroom. It includes a sofa bed that can sleep one person as is, or fold out into a queen-size bed. Adjacent to this room is a shower room with a toilet and sink.
The kitchen is impressively large and outfitted with every modern convenienceâwine fridge included. Youâll have ample room for cooking, and a large bar with seating for three invites you to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while watching meals being prepared.
