This ground floor apartment located just behind the gardens of Matignon (the residence of the Prime Minister), a stroll away from the Bon Marché and a few minutes from the very heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this apartment is magnificently situated on a quiet street, you will enjoy the privacy and calm of the apartment whilst being in the heart of central Paris.
This entirely renovated apartment has three king-sized bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a stunning light-filled spacious loft like living room/dining room, two full bathrooms that are not ensuite, one with shower the other with bathtub.
The highlight of this apartment is no doubt the beautifully proportioned living room and dining room area, with lovely wooden parquet flooring, a wall of high windows facing a courtyard adjacent to the gardens of Matignon which flood the room with light. This large and luminous room has a dining table and chairs for up to 6 guests, as well as ample space to relax on the large sofas and multimedia corner lodging a flat screen television. The fully equipped modern kitchen is beautifully tiled in shades of grey, and offers guests all the modern conveniences and state of the art appliances.
All three bedrooms have king-sized beds and built wardrobes. They are all lined up and open onto the spacious living room. We supply bathrobes, fluffy towels, liquid soap, and a hairdryer.
Entirely renovated and elegantly furnished, this lovely apartment has been restored and enhanced into a beautifully modern and comfortable space. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen color TV with cable in the living room, a phone, a high-speed Internet connection (WIFI). The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, iron, and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating. The apartment has central heating and air conditioning in the living room. This exceptional Saint Germain rental sleeps 6 comfortably.
MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.
Important Notice
The French government has announced they will be banning all AC systems that run on water by October 1st 2025 as it is obviously a huge waste of water and we all have to act on this environmental problem the best we can. Therefore, as nearly all of our installations are concerned with this new law, We will be stopping the use of such units (to this day they were the only systems we are able to install in old Parisian buildings.) by its legal date. In regards to our guests' comfort, we will provide portable mobile AC units, fans, and air coolers depending on the configurations of the apartment.

Absolutely amazing. Perfect neighborhood and accommodating hosts. Beyond wonderful stay.
We loved staying here. The location was so great for getting around. Perfect for families, in a safe neighborhood and near an amazing grocery store and department store as well as two playgrounds within a few blocks. Would stay here again in a second!

Overall flawless Heating difficullt to adjust but eventually made it acceptable. The videos provided for the heating adjustments were not completely helpful. Otherwise can't say enough about the people who manage this property regarding timely communications and reliability

Safety Concern - Renters beware
First-floor easy access for thieves. Beautiful apartment, clean, pictures are accurate. Unfortunately, one window was in the locked position, but apparently did not latch and thieves entered this rental from the courtyard. We were told the courtyard could only be accessed with the use of a key fob three times, but someone certainly gained access. We had not been informed that the indoor shutters were for security so unfortunately, they were left up when we exited with the apartment key fob in hand, door locked. Many valuable items were stolen. According to the owners, who offered very little assistance, their hall camera was not working, their insurance does not cover theft. According to the police, "Anyone could get a key fob."
We wanted to like this apartment, but PLEASE TAKE CAUTION BEFORE BOOKING!

Firstly, we are very sorry for what happened to your family and the items you lost. Your greeter was of assistance throughout the process and even checked up on you and asked if you needed more assistance and you replied everything was fine. (we have the texts)
Ground floor apartments in any major city could be easy prey so it is common sense to have windows fully shut when leaving. The courtyard does need a fob access so does the entry to the building and a code as well. All our windows are especially installed for this and are anti break in windows but if they are left open by the guest this is not something we can control. The security camera you are referring to is not ours. As you may know this is a building with multiple residents and it might have been installed by the building syndicate at some stage but they have stopped running it for some reason and we are not aware of this as this is not ours...
Like in any place burglars do have strategies and fobs of course can be hacked just like anything these days. This is why it is particularly important to always be careful and also have the doors locked and the windows properly shut, especially with valuable items and on a ground floor apartment. And as we explained despite your threat to publish a bad review if no compensation, our insurance does not cover items stolen without a proper break in... there was no window breaking or anything damaged to get in which means a window was left open. Excellent - excelled expectations
Great apartment - well appointed with quality furnishings, linens and kitchen appliances. Great washing machine and dryer. Well laid out apartment with 3 good size bedrooms all with king beds. A pretty view into the courtyard. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood - even the renovations across the road did not disturb. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent communications with the agent and staff.

Fantastic! Clean and comfortable apartment for 5.
Loved that we were greeted by a member of PVA, flowers and a bottle of wine. Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to Metro/bus stops, and so many amenties and our favorite places! The local merchants were friendly and helpful. Kitchen necessities all there if you want to cook breakfast or dinner.

Wonderful location to visit Paris
We had a great time in Paris and loved that the apartment was convenient to most attractions. Daria met us at the apartment and oriented us to the appliances. She welcomed us with beautiful flowers, a bottle of wine and water and a loaf of brioche. Great location for exploring the city!
