The Space:

As you enter this ultra-modern space, you'll immediately be captivated by the unique decor and high-end finishes that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area features plush furnishings and large windows that flood the space with natural light, offering spectacular views of the city skyline from the courtyard.



The full-sized kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, sleek countertops, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy watching television on one of two smart TVs that's in the condo - both come with every type of streaming service installed on them, ready for you to log in and watch. There is a patio that overlooks one of the nicest rooftop pool areas you'll ever see at a downtown residential building, with breathtaking views of the city and Salt Lake Valley. The master bedroom is a serene oasis featuring a luxurious king-size bed, premium linens, and its own full-sized bathroom with a spa-like feel. The second bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed and its own full bathroom, which boasts modern fixtures and plenty of space. Parking is a half block away at the Gateway South parking garage. You can choose to park by the night, by the week, or by the month. The garage has a clearance of 7 feet. If you have a vehicle taller that that, there are two outdoor lots right across the street from the Gateway parking garage entrance.

Guest Access:

We'll send out detailed check-in instructions a few days before your arrival. To access your condo unit, you'll need an electronic key fob to enter the building and a key to enter your unit. There is a lock-box bolted onto the wall outside of the building, and we'll give you detailed instructions on how to find that lockbox, as well as a code to get into it where you'll find the fob and the key. Super simple!



Check-in time is 4 pm, but we can usually get you in earlier than that if no other guests are in the condo right before you and if you coordinate with us a day or two ahead of time. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we can work with you if you request an early check-in; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want and we don't guarantee early check-ins. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time 2 or 3 days out. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, blow-up beds, and strollers prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

This is located in the extremely walkable Gateway District of town with lots of restaurants and shopping experiences within a few minutes of the door.



Getting Around:

There is a light rail stop as well as several bus stops within a block of the condo.



Other Things to Note:

WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by this site. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.



Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)



We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, and one baby stroller free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each may incur an additional cost. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed.



This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owner's personal items since nobody lives here.

Absolutely perfect in every way! Such an unbelievably cool building with so many awesome amenities. This place is so much nicer than any other Vrbo I've ever stayed in and I'll be back next year for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. My daughter and I came into town for a volleyball tournament and arrived late. Everything was as advertised, felt very safe around the area, easy to access and walkable to everything downtown. Daniel (host) worked with us on a late checkout and was very accessible and communicative. Will be looking for this rental next time we come to town!
