**PLEASE NOTE - To abide by all legal requirements and building ID verification is required before arrival. Because this is a residential building, building/security requirements require us to verify guest ID prior to check-in. We’ll send the instructions after booking—quick and straightforward.

✅ For VRBO guests: You will also be required to complete a pre-arrival form and choose a waiver or security hold. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!

Very clean. Close proximity to many places to eat. Good trails to walk. Very nice place to stay. Parking was tricky but we were able to make it work.
