Freshly remodeled inside and out, this 3 bedroom retreat sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with huge shade trees. a cozy back patio, and plenty of space to settle in. Inside, youâll love the roomy living area with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and warm Texas-style dĂ©cor that feels cozy and inviting. Sleep easy in the isolated master suite with a king bed, plus two queen bedrooms. Need more spots to sleep? Weâve got an extra twin bed and air mattress available in the closet! A dedicated office makes this home especially perfect for long-term business stays. With a 2-car rear-entry garage, extra covered parking, and a prime location near Coulter & 34th, youâre minutes from shopping, dining, coffee, and everything Amarillo has to offer. It`s also just minutes from I-40. Kick off your boots, relax, and enjoy the charm of the West Texas Hideout!

RENTAL RULES
Guests will be responsible for all damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guestâs stay.
Smoking is allowed outside only. There is NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. Please dispose of cigarettes and trash in the trash can.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Pets are not allowed.
Water and Sewage: The property is on city water. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages equal to the repair.
Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner or designated repair/maintenance person access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
