RECENTLY UPDATED! Enjoy a stylish experience with modern charm! This centrally-located space features two bedrooms with a king and full/full bunk bed! TV’s in both bedrooms! This fully updated house is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay ensuring the safety of all our guests. The host provides numerous amenities including snacks, fast and reliable WiFi, and a stocked coffee bar. Enjoy the private Hot Tub room with fireplace and TV! Fenced backyard with private playground!

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
In this beautifully renovated 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home, you will find that it accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. It is easy to relax and unwind in this modern beauty. We provide a TV in each room as well as high-speed internet! The kitchen is fully stocked, as well as a brand new washer and dryer. Outside you will find a newly fenced in backyard with a playground and a swing set. This home also features an amazing spa room equipped with a hot tub, fireplace, TV, and Bluetooth sound bar! Back up your EV and charge for free with our complimentary electric vehicle charger!

GUEST ACCESS:
Full access to the entire side of this duplex including the enclosed hot tub spa area. There is plenty of off street parking in the sizable driveway. Guests will be sent a door code prior to arrival and will have access to the keys.

COMMUNICATION:
Responses within 1 hr! Contact through phone or email after booking reservation!

OTHER DETAILS:
We do allow pets, but ask that you clean up after them. Additional charges may occur if there are any damages left behind.

When booking, please provide the number of guests who will be staying. If the number of guests that stay exceeds the original guest list without prior notification, an additional charge will be incurred.

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside of this home. If any evidence of smoking is present inside the property, an additional cleaning fee based on severity will be charged.

This home is equipped with outside security cameras. This is to ensure the safety of all of our guests as well as our property. The footage will remain private and will only be used in the case of a liability issue.

Wonderful place to stay

Cute, clean and nice place to stay. The indoor hot tub was a welcome place to relax after a long day of travel. Would stay again.

This was a very cute house with a big, fenced backyard for the dogs to run in, and an entire space set up for relaxing in the hot tub.Sadly, we got in late and were unable to use the hot tub. We were very thankful for the comfortable beds and couches. It felt very private with a tall gated fence enclosing the home.

We really loved the house and enjoyed our stay overall —it was adorable inside and just what we were looking for but for over 300 a night we expected more attention to cleanliness. The neighborhood also felt different than the photos suggested, though with a few improvements this place could be wonderful.

Very clean. Love how it’s arranged! Washing machine needs looked at but that’s not the owners fault. Couches are awesome. Very quiet!
