The space
Feel right at home when staying in our beautifully designed space. It features 3 Bedrooms & 2 full Bathrooms, as well as a ready-to-use Kitchen. The house also offers a fully furnished Dining Room, Family Room & spacious Living Room. It has a complimentary coffee station for that perfect morning start, and an easy Wi-Fi connection to any devices & cell phones.
Additionally, there are Smart TVâs in 2 out of 3 Bedrooms, and one large TV in the Living Room for winding down with family & friends. The neighborhood is quiet & safe, near tons of shopping malls, convenience stores & restaurants.
Not to mention, this location is just 10 minutes to local expressways & Orlando International Airport. Very nearby and short distanced; popular areas that can be found are: Lake Nona, Winter Park, Thornton Park & Baldwin Park.
Downtown & the Amway Center are a short car ride or ride-share away, too. Major attractions like the Convention Center, Disney, Universal and all theme parks are just 35-40 minutes away; although a bit further, our location offers a subtle area that is away from all the busy streets & traffic those main places attract.
This luxuriously modern home is ideal for business travelers, travel nurse's & families with children. There is 1 master bedroom, with a private bathroom inside. The other two rooms have a queen size bed, and full size bed with a trundle, and a bathroom just down the hall.
There are linens stocked and a washer/dryer for using as needed. Enjoy a nice, warm shower with shampoos & soaps available to you from us!âThis is a perfect place to accommodate a family or group of friends/ business associates of 6 people or less. ***During your stay:
-You will have complete access to the home. We conveniently offer self Check-in with a keypad & the last 4 of your phone number upon arrival.
-All parts of the home can be used. There are cups, mugs, plates, bowls & silverware, as well as pots & pans, for all your cooking and kitchen needs.
-You will also find a microwave and fridge, to keep up or heat up your foods.
-In addition, there is a laundry room, also free to use, and a private back yard. The guest can access all rooms/ bathrooms and common areas of the home.
-Guests may be required to send a photo ID via the messaging app if profile is not verified and has no reviews.
-Courtesy 12PM Check outâs may be permitted with a prior request. You may also ask about 11AM-2PM Check-inâs.
-Early Check-in (Earlier than 2PM) and Late Check out (later than 12PM) are available upon request- *Depending on availability; not guaranteed, for an additional fee of $35. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to try and accommodate any request.
-Check out is by 11AM. Any late Check out without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our Check out hours, as the time is needed to prepare for the next guest(s).
-We are available in person as needed, but will always attend to your needs via the messaging app. Please always contact us first via messaging for any questions or concerns, or any help you may need.

***To know for this house:
-It is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. The Co-Host is personally committed to keeping the place tidy and sanitary at all times.
-We simply ask that you respect our home, as you would a hotel. Fees will be in place should any property or furniture inside the home be damaged due to carelessness or misconduct to the space. Please review RULES below.
**Please note:
-Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. These elements are NATURAL & a VERY common occurrence in this state! Unfortunate and daring to say, but it is the sunshine state realityâ so please know this:
-It is CRUCIAL for us to keep critters and bugs away, so we have a regular bombing procedure completed every 3 months, and a professional spraying for pests done regularly, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray, and avoid leaving any exposed foods out in the kitchen (this will also help prevent ANTS).
***RULES:
-We can only accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Please note: any additional guest without consent or prior approval will incur an automatic fee. It is possible we may accommodate your number of guest, but we ask that you respectfully confirm prior.
-The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
-No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
-NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home, what-so-ever, period. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home or on the beds or furniture. This includes the patio area. This is a No Smoking property.
-NO pets allowed in this space. If you bring your pet without consent and break this rule, you will be charged a $500 fine.
-No parties or events, at all, what so ever. The space is designed for 6 people or less, and it is not intended to be overcrowded by a large party/ partying. *We do have cameras outside of the home by rights as home owners, and will take action as needed for the breaking of this rule.
-No fireworks of any kind, in the front or backyard.
-No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle and licensed. Local law enforcement will be contacted immediately if this rule is broken on our property.
-Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests. *This is not mandatory, but please do not place shoes on beds or rugs in our home: we do have fees in place should any of our furniture be damaged to carelessness. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.
-Please No food or drinks on the beds or in the bedrooms, and no food or drinks on the couches. You will be charged a $250 fee if any damage is done to the linens, and/ or a $500 fee if any damage is done to the mattresses, head boards or couches in this home due to food or drink spillage.
-Please No flushing anything down the toilet; except flushable wipes and toilet paper. There will be a fine of $500 for any damage to our plumbing due to the breaking of this rule.
-Please Do Not drain any foods down the kitchen sink. If the kitchen sink is clogged due to the breaking of this rule, a $250 fee will be charged, so please consider that it is only for the disposal of water/ and non- clumpy liquids. (Unless there is a switch by the sink to chop light food remains down the drain, please consider this rule).
-Decorative items are not for use. Removal or destruction of any of our items in the home will be subject to a $500 fine.
-Trash disposal: The trash cans, both regular & recycling bins, are placed right outside of the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly as needed.
*Do not allow an overflow of trash in this home during your stay, as it will cause bad odor and invite bugs into the home, and we like for the space to be ready (as it was ready for you), for the next guest: clean and odor free. We would appreciate your consideration to this request. â
*If your stay is short, or your trash is not overflowing, we are happy to discard of it ourselves after your check- out.
-Report damages immediately and be sure to follow additional guidelines posted within the home. *Your Co-Host will come to the property for any damages or situationâs that need immediate attention.
-Use home and everything within at your own risk and Be Aware of all the signage reminders inside the space.
***We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
