- Unlimited renewals with 30-day advance notice
- No smoking or vaping
- All utilities are covered in monthly rent with a cap of $250 / month water and $400 / month for electric. Xfinity Internet / Waste Removal is included.
- At the end of the lease, $650 deep cleaning fee assessed against the $2000 security deposit.
- Tenant is responsible for minor incidences like batteries, light bulbs, etc. Not to exceed $100 / incident.
