Amazing house, great amenities in the house. Can’t get a better location. Josh is so easy to work with and helpful. Can’t say enough about how this was a great experience and we would stay here any time we come to Chapel Hill!!!!

This property was amazing and perfect for our families stay for a wedding in the Chapel Hill area. Close to campus but nestled in a lovely historic that was safe and walkable. The host thought of everything as this house was stocked with great coffee, toiletries, kitchen necessities, extra linens and even a Peloton. Beautiful updated historic home. Communication with the host was easy and all inquiries were responded to timely. Should we return to Chapel Hill this would be our first choice.

If you are traveling to UNC for a visit, game or graduation, this is your perfect home. Josh, the host, warm, available and present. He has not overlooked a single detail. The bathrooms have lovely accessories and a basket of items you may have forgotten. The beds and linens are comfortable and each bed has an assortment of pillows so you can find your best sleep! The kitchen is well stocked and the coffee bar is a great treat! We will come back - we didn’t get to play ping pong but plan to this spring! Do not miss this wonderful home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is beautifully decorated with every detail thoughtfully considered. It truly felt like a luxury retreat. The spacious floor plan gave everyone plenty of room to relax and spread out, while still feeling warm and inviting.The amenities were exceptional and included everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. And the coffee bar was fire! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The owner was incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful from booking through checkout, making the entire experience seamless.We would not hesitate to rent this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed, and relaxing getaway.
