The upper-level bonus area is the star of the home—featuring a large sectional, TV, dining table, full kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, standalone icemaker and microwave. Two custom Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and a unique half bath that leads to a private outdoor spa-style shower with tile walls and fencing, perfect for open-air relaxation or full privacy.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
