For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to release access to the property. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.



⚠️ The use of the swimming pool requires a medical certificate, which must be presented to the lifeguard on site.



⚠️ The barbecue grill must be booked in advance by email.



⚠️ To use the gym, it is mandatory to register at the administration and present a medical certificate suitable for using the equipment.



⚠️ The small supermarket in Block 1 is for common use; registration is mandatory and can be done on the spot, directly at the location.



⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store luggage. If needed, you can leave your baggage at our agency.



⚠️ It is forbidden to make noise after 10 p.m. (Quiet Hours Law).



⚠️ The tenant must send the complete list of guests (name and document) respecting the reservation limit. Unregistered persons cannot enter the building.



⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, using different bags.



⚠️ Use the service entrance and service lift when transporting luggage or swimwear.



⚠️ When leaving, make sure that all electrical appliances are switched off. Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$100/day, deducted from the security deposit.



⚠️ Check-in from 3pm and check-out until 11am. Please enquire about availability for early check-in or late check-out.



⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be hired and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.



⚠️ Hygiene items (e.g. toilet paper) are provided only at the beginning of your stay and there is no replenishment.



⚠️ All guests must submit identification documents 24 hours before arrival.
