Magnifique condo de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain à Wildwood (25 ans et plus seulement, familles accueillies)

Beau condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain situé à 2 1/2 pâtés de maisons de la promenade et de la plage dans une rue calme (25 ans et plus UNIQUEMENT, familles bienvenues). L'unité dispose d'un garage en dessous de l'unité avec jusqu'à 3 voitures de stationnement hors rue. Le condo est situé au centre de tout, à quelques pas du centre des congrès, des plages, de la promenade, des restaurants, des magasins, de la gare routière, etc.

L'unité est équipée d'une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils modernes, cuisinière à gaz, cafetière, lave-vaisselle et casseroles / poêles / plats / ustensiles pour 8 personnes ou plus. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir huit personnes.

L'unité dispose de couchages pouvant accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes comme suit:

La chambre principale a un nouveau lit queen-size à plateau-coussin et un nouveau cadre de lit.

2ème chambre a un nouveau lit queen size oreiller haut

3ème chambre a un lit double, un lit simple et un lit pliant

Le salon a un lit queen size gigogne.

L'unité a un grand écran plat plasma HD Smart TV dans le salon et un plus petit mural dans la chambre principale. Certaines des autres commodités sont, Wi-Fi, films HBO, laveuse / sécheuse, CAC, terrasse couverte avec un ensemble de patio, chaises de plage, parasols, jouets de plage et jeux.

Another great trip!

This was our second year staying at Maria's condo, and we had a blast! Everything was clean, and Maria makes check-in a breeze. We love how close the condo is to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Great place for families! Highly recommend!

Wildwood Getaway

Maria's condo was clean and well furnished. Check in and out were a breeze. And the location is great, only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay

My family and I loved our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location. In Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants etc. Maria made it easy and carefree to rent and check in. The street was quiet and had plenty of parking. I only wish we stayed longer. I would highly recommend.

Though we live on Long Island, NY we have been going to the Wildwoods for over 30 years now. Our two sons have practically grown up in the wildwoods. We had owned a Beach Block 1-bedroom unit in North Wildwood for close to 30 years and then purchased this unit in 2012 to keep the fun going and are now listing it for others to enjoy.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

One of the main reasons we purchased this unit is that it was so well kept by the previous owner and was on a very quiet safe block close to all things Wildwood has to offer. The deck was recently redone and the interior is very comfortable with all the amenities of home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The unit was just renovated in March of 2026 with new floors, freshly painted and new power recliner Couches and coffee table. When we can, my husband and I enjoy going down during the winter to the local Restaurant's and Bars and just relaxing. If you want to go to AC or Cape May and don't want to drive then buses are located just a block and a half away. We are pretty centrally located for everything Wildwood has to offer.
