Welcome to Sassy Bear Hideaway by Beyond Expectations! This beautifully appointed cabin opens into a warm and welcoming living space with plush seating, electric fireplace, and a smart TV—ideal for evenings after mountain adventures. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook and gather with loved ones. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner around the dining table, with stunning mountain views just outside.



The cabin offers 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and a bunk area with 2 full beds, allowing space for 10 guests comfortably.

We provide 24-hour access to enter the home using an electronic door code with contactless check-in.

Please Note: Access roads in the area can occasionally have rough or washed sections, particularly following heavy rain. Please use caution while driving.

Just a few minutes from the Parkway, Dollywood, The Island, Tanger Outlets, and countless restaurants, the location offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. The roads leading in are well-paved and easy to navigate, making arrivals smooth for families and travelers unfamiliar with mountain driving.

* Although we love pets, this is not a pet friendly cabin.

* Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

* We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
