Séjour à la ferme avec une escapade romantique

Le Saddle Hut (vers 1885) est un cottage indépendant et agréablement rénové. Profitez du magnifique spa en plein air au clair de lune avec un verre de votre vin victorien NE préféré. Le refuge Saddle est situé à l'écart de la principale propriété Baranduda et donne sur l'oliveraie de Silver et les gommiers âgés de 80 ans qui forment le contour du sentier de randonnée du couloir ouest. Vous pourrez profiter des sentiers de randonnée sans laisse le long du corridor de la faune indigène revégétalisé.

Our experience was a little different to most reviews here. While the cottage is ok for an overnight stay we had not appreciated just how small 18 m2 is. We were there for 2 nights and found the only way we could move in the cabin was by leaving our bags in the car. The kitchenette is also tiny. Although we were given the option of a late checkout (which was appreciated) we chose to depart early. The location is fine and the resident dog was friendly to us and our pooch.

A lovely spot. Peaceful and great birdwatching. Pip the kelpie is a lovely welcoming girl as well. The hut is warm and comfortable with everything you need.

Quiet and cozy little getaway

Beautiful little cabin, nice and peaceful. Sitting in the hot tub at night watching the stars was amazing! Our 2 dogs loved it as well!

Quiet, private escape, lots to explore

Had four days of relaxing peace, spent time driving and exploring local areas like Hume Dam, Mt Beauty, Bright, Yackandadah and Beechworth. Our Dog was very welcome and enjoyed his break with us and the Spa was a bonus to relax in during the evening, the welcome breakfast personally delivered was very much appreciated.

A wonderful little home from home, pet friendly and out of the way of suburbia, but within striking distance of everything Wodonga and Albury have to offer.The hot tub was an unexpected bonus!

Pure Delight

Perfect Xmas Getaway

Saddle Hut was exactly what we needed to get away from the normal Christmas stress and busyness. Accomodation is clean, welcoming and had all the amenities you could want. It is also super close to town and mountain bike trails if that’s your thing! Thank you Liz and Ken for letting us have our Christmas at your lovely property.

Perfect mini break location

The Saddle Hut was a perfect location for our 3 day break in North-Eastern Victoria. The cosy cottage with brekky provisions, crisp linen, snow-white towels and hot spa under the stars was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to take a break from their busy lives.

I had a wonderful stay at Ken and Liz’s cottage. They are both so kind and welcoming. It’s a lovely peaceful spot. Plenty of room for my dog to run around on and play with their kelpie. The hot tub was magnificent and the absolute cherry on top of a great stay.

A peaceful getaway

We loved our 2 night stay at Saddle Hut. Ken had ensured we had all the provisions for our breakfast, tea/coffee. The accommodation was just right and the hosts had thought of every little detail to ensure there was nothing missing. Peaceful and quiet, just what we were expecting.

Wonderful stay!

Everything about the stay was point on and amazing! Carefully thought through touches throughout gave a feeling of welcoming and comfort from the luxe bathrobes, to breakfast. Usually when staying elsewhere we've found that there's something that was missing but Liz and Ken definitely thought of everything. Hot tub and Pippa were definite bonuses even though our lil cat wasn't so fond of sweet Pippa. My partner had forgotten his swimmers and Ken reached out straight away and arranged for them to be posted to us. Couldn't ask for a more

CONNECT WITH NATURE

Tranquil and a time to ground yourself. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our two large dogs. At the time there wasnt proper fencing for the dogs, so we needed to walk them each toilet break, but that was ok as it got us out and about. The cottage had beautiful detail. The Breakfast was wholesome, we loved the homemade plum jam. ..Highly recommended watching the sunset in the outdoor spa. Close to lots of walking traxks with the dogs. lo

A 10/10 stay that we will be back for

This was the perfect romantic getaway. The hosts thought of everything - from utensils, to fluffy robes. They were also just a text or call away and everything was easy to navigate. The cottage is a beautiful space that is warm, welcoming, and homey. It also has a small kitchen with fridge, cooktop, and sink. The hosts provided eggs, bacon, juice, milk, tea bags, and more. It exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic to wake up to cows and a horse outside your window. We also had the privilege of meeting their dog, Pippa, who smothered us in cuddles and love. I highly recommend this stay. We will be back!
