Discover Mendocino Headlands State Park, Russian Gulch State Park (hiking and beautiful waterfalls), Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, Emerald Dolphin Mini Golf & Arcade, Pomo Bluffs Park, Ford House Museum, Jug Handle State Natural Reserve, Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park, and Fort Bragg.



This two-story home away from home treats you to an inviting, lofted open floor plan upstairs where you can spread out comfortably after a memorable day exploring everything Mendocino has to offer. Wind down in the living area featuring inviting sofas and a smart TV with streaming services. The adjoining kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to whip up exquisite homemade meals and treats. Additional perks include a private balcony, free WiFi, and views of Big River.



Things to Know

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

There can be another group of guests renting the main home that is separated by a breezeway.

The Hot tub is a shared amenity with the the main home Big River Lodge.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
