•The fireplaces are decorative only and not operable during your stay.

𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬/𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: No gatherings, events, or parties are permitted on the property. Absolutely no outside music is allowed.

𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: To ensure a clean and healthy space for everyone, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including indoors and all outdoor areas. If you need to smoke, please do so off-property and dispose of any cigarette waste properly.

A cleaning fee of up to $1,000 may apply if there’s evidence of smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property grounds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed. A $1,000 penalty will be applied for any unapproved pets.

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: All guests staying overnight must be registered. Any unapproved guests will result in a $100 extra guest fee per night, per guest.
