Préparez-vous à vous détendre. Cette maison pittoresque de 3 chambres peut accueillir 8 personnes au total. Il dispose de 2 salles de bain complètes, d'un salon ensoleillé avec vue sur l'océan, d'une salle à manger, d'une cuisine complète avec appareils électroménagers, d'une grande terrasse et d'un barbecue. La chambre principale a également une vue sur l'océan ainsi qu'un "pont de merde" privé. Parfaitement centré à York Beach, il se trouve à un peu plus d'1,5 km à pied des plages de Long Sands et de Short Sands et à 1/4 de mile du phare de Nubble (et des glaces!). Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis ainsi qu'un lave-linge / sèche-linge et un parking extérieur.

Family ocean vacation

We had a great time here in York! The house was wonderful - great layout, comfortable, and just all around fabulous! It is also centrally located to the lighthouse, and both Short and Long Sands beaches, with an easy and pleasant walk to all locations. Marcia was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. We hope to stay here again next year!

Family Time in York Beach

Marcia's house is lovely-- filled with light and spacious. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you'd need for meals and gatherings. We greatly appreciated the well-stocked linens and the washer and dryer. A beautiful place to spend time with the family!

Perfect Getaway with Beautiful Views

We stayed at Relaxing Nubble Getaway as a group of four, including my senior parents, and it couldn’t have been more ideal. The location was absolutely perfect—peacefully tucked away off the main road, yet within easy walking distance to the Nubble Lighthouse, local restaurants, and several beaches. We especially loved the stunning water views, including Long Sands Beach in the distance, which we enjoyed from the comfort of the home. It was quiet, relaxing, and just what we needed for a family escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of York in a serene setting.

Our Maine Vacation Stay at the Now/Here House

We had a wonderful week staying at Marcia’s beautiful home on Cape Neddick. The location was perfect, and the house was clean and well stocked on arrival. Great Rental

Do Not hesitate to book a stay here. We have stayed in a few different homes and none have been as clean as this! Check in was simple and personalized. The deck is set up well. As a fyi, the walk to the beaches and downtown is approximately 20 mins with smaller children so plan accordingly. The host was exceptional and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again.

Another Successful Stay on Nubble

We first visited this house in 2019 and as soon as we were able, we booked for 2023. Location is excellent. Walkable to Nubble for dinner and Long Sands for beach/breakfast/dinner. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent view from the master balcony. We hosted a brunch on Father's Day with friends and their little ones and had plenty of space to spread out and entertain. Marcia is a great hostess, readily available communication wise should we have needed anything. We already can't wait for Summer 2024! Book this house! You will not be disappointed!!

Spacious, clean property with ocean views. We loved the balcony/ deck off the master bedroom. So many areas to congregate and a short walk to the beach. We would utilize this home again.

Beautiful York Beach property walking distance to everything!

The house was larger than I expected and fully equipped. The view, the cross breeze, the deck, all set the stage for a wonder family reunion. Even the mattresses were comfortable!. Marcia is a wonderful host. Available and responsive with lovely taste. We will return!

Harbor house

Everything went as smoothly as possible, Marcia is a great hostess and was always available. Our family of six adults were so comfortable in this beautiful Harbor house near Nubble Lighthouse, we all slept well in the super comfy beds in the super clean house! Best vacation rental ever!

We vacation to York as a family each year. This was by far the best rental yet! Gorgeous ocea view with morning coffee, close to both beaches and ice cream. Beautiful, spacious home for family gathering. We will be returning!

Fantastic family Nubble getaway!

We stayed in this beautiful Nubble home over Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful time! Marcia made herself available in terms of communication and even let us check out late upon our request since our flight didn't leave until that night. Very spacious and clean living quarters. Perfect deck for evening glasses of wine. Short walk to Nubble and Long Sands beach made for prime location! Only issue I noticed was dog hair on the couch and blankets. But no problem. I was able to wash blankets doemstairs

Fantastic vacation!

The property and the location were excellent. We completely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking in that area. Walking distance to anything, and the home itself contained anything you would need during a vacation. The beds and linens were top shelf! Everyone commented on getting the best nights sleep they could remember. Marcia was an excellent hostess, answering any questions right away.
