Maison neuve au bord du lac sur le magnifique lac Chatuge, idéalement située dans un quartier calme à proximité de Hiawassee, Young Harris et Blairsville, GA ainsi que de Hayesville et Murphy NC, également à seulement 2 heures de route d'Atlanta et Asheville.

La maison comprend 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, ai-je mentionné au bord du lac :) face au nord-ouest offrant de superbes couchers de soleil, des chambres spacieuses avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, une cheminée à gaz, un quai privé, un foyer au bord du lac, des kayaks pour votre usage et votre plaisir, WIFI, forfait de télévision par câble avec Smart TV à écran plat dans chaque chambre, cuisine entièrement équipée pour cuisiner et servir avec comptoirs en quartz, laveuse et sécheuse superposées, serviettes et draps fournis, parking couvert dans un grand abri d'auto, lecteur de cercle et grande terrasse surdimensionnée avec terrasse. Le terrain s'étend très bien avec une pente progressive et est une courte promenade facile vers le lac. Le lac peut également être accessible en se promenant depuis l'arrière de la maison pour éviter les escaliers si nécessaire.

Nous sommes situés à environ un mile de la marina de Ridges si vous souhaitez louer un bateau pendant votre séjour. Nous sommes également situés à environ un mile d'une rampe de mise à l'eau publique si vous souhaitez apporter votre propre bateau.

The house was immaculately clean and roomy despite the outside of the house looking small. We fished off the dock and my son caught a 10 pound catfish. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Thank you for your return visits and feedback. I understand that everyone is different and I have no problem replacing the mattress but I have gotten so many recent reviews of guests complimenting how great the mattresses sleep. It is hard to decide the best course of action with mixed reviews. The house is fairly new and being on a rental program the mattresses are not used year round. With more good reviews than bad I think it best to switch out the bed at the recommended life expectancy at this time.

This home is exactly as pictured. The memory foam beds are so comfortable and the furnishings and decor make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening while grilling our dinner. Wow!!! What an enjoyable experience. You will not go wrong renting this property.

We have been really blessed with great renters but unfortunately, I did have a mishap where the siding of the house was damaged from a grill being placed too close requiring repairs and so it was decided that a stationary charcoal grill next to the firepit area would be best to avoid any future damages.

Aug 20 to Aug 24. The house was well suited for our group of four couples. The house had everything we needed. Loved the porch overlooking the lake and the dock. We rented a boat to see more of the lake. We will be reserving this house again for next year.

Amazing stay on Lake Chatuge!

We loved everything about this property. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything you needed. The beds were really comfortable and enough space for the whole family to spread out in. The air conditioning worked great (a must for the family), and it was a easy dock to get in and out of for a rental boat. We will be coming back again!

Fabulous Lake Front Home

The house was wonderful! Lovely deck to drink your coffee in the morning and to gather with family. Beautiful lake view, dock, kayaks, paddle boat, chairs, corn hole- plenty to do and enjoy! The house is very roomy too- great big kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Well done!

This is such a lovely home! Over numerous years, we have rented multiple VRBOs on Lake Chatuge. This has been our very favorite and our group has stayed here at least 3 times.It is clean, well maintained, well-appointed with kitchenware and provides ample parking. They have pool table, and kayaks to enjoy as well as many other vacation games. We hope to be back next year!

I have always wanted to be on beautiful Lake Chatuge. This location is centrally located near downtown Hiawassee, Young Harris, Blairsville, Hayesville and Murphy and is only a 2 hour drive to Atlanta or Asheville.
