Construite en 2017, cette maison de ville de 3 chambres a été conçue pour compléter et donner sur le vignoble, l’oliveraie et le vaste jardin et le paysage rural existants de la famille, offrant une vue sur l’horizon occidental.
Faites une promenade de 3 minutes jusqu'au centre du village pour trouver The Village Inn, un magasin de bouteilles, un dépanneur, un bureau de poste, un café, une boulangerie et un coiffeur.
Le centre de Launceston est à 10 minutes en voiture et l'aéroport de Launceston à 15 minutes en voiture.
Une base de départ pratique pour la Mecque du vélo de montagne à Derby, les routes des vins, toutes les principales attractions de Launceston et de la vallée de Tamar.
Une promenade de 10 minutes vous mènera au pittoresque terrain de pique-nique sur la rivière North Esk avec barbecue et piscine.

Very, clean, well appointed and conveniently located. This is a great place to stay while visiting Launceston and surrounds. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked with all the utensils and equipment anyone would need. The views from the balcony over the valley at sunset were very serene and it was a joy to watch the black cockatoos of a morning. The fresh fruit from the garden and home made vintage topped off a lovely stay.

If we could give this property more than 5 stars we would do so. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We felt comfortable and special with the beautiful bottle of wine and the invitation to try some of the veggies from the veggie garden. This property is close to all amenities and attractions and the instructions provided by Rikki and Chris helped us to find our way around Launceston and surrounds. We would highly recommend this property.

A celebration stay

Arriving at Litoria & meeting Rikki who is delightful & entering the guest house was breathtaking, everything you wish for is here for a getaway. My husband & i had our Ruby Wedding anniversary here & the location was close to everything we wanted. With be visiting again.

Our stay at Litoria Garden Guest House was the highlight of our trip to Tasmania. The property is truly stunning and luxurious, spacious and so comfortable! We especially loved the location and quietness of the neighbourhood as well. Rikki and Chris are the most wonderful caring owners, so welcoming, warm and friendly, and very generous. Lovely spacious modern unit with wonderful ambiance. Rikki is an amazing host and it was wonderful to have vegetables and fruit from the garden and drink their lovely wine. This was our fourth stay and we will continue to stay when we come to Launceston area if possible.

Excellent property highly recommended

Rikki and Chris's house exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculate with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. We were only there two nights but wished it had been longer. The house is in a lovely position with good views and lots of parking. Rikki and Chris were very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. Thank you!
