Ce chalet de Bridgehampton «au sud de l'autoroute» est dans un emplacement parfait, assis sur Bridge Lane pour lequel Bridgehampton a été nommé. Notre famille a construit cette maison - notre endroit préféré sur terre - en 1950 et elle est maintenant entourée de certaines des plus grandes maisons de vacances du pays, à moins d'un mile de la plage de Sagg Main. Il est parfait pour une escapade à la plage avec une toute nouvelle cuisine, une climatisation centrale et un magnifique porche d'écran que vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter. Wifi, climatisation et nouveaux appareils vous attendent. Parking pour 4 voitures.

La maison est à la portée de tout ce que les Hamptons ont à offrir. À quelques minutes en voiture ou à vélo de superbes plages de l'océan et de la baie, des vignobles, des boutiques, du golf, de la pêche, des musées et des sites historiques, des stands de ferme et une expérience culinaire unique.

Plan d'étage à un étage avec des brises ouvertes de l'avant vers l'arrière.

L'expérience de location comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin: câble, RokuTV, Wi-Fi, système audio SONOS, A / C central, laveuse et sécheuse, draps et serviettes, cuisine entièrement équipée et barbecue.

Beaucoup d'espace extérieur et douche extérieure.

Montez à vélo le matin pour faire un tour rapide au magasin du coin pour attraper le papier et une tasse de café, puis dirigez-vous vers la plage pour saluer l'océan. Rentrez pour le petit déjeuner, puis dirigez-vous vers Sag Harbor pour vous promener dans les magasins et le port intérieur. Déjeuner à la plage. Barbecue à la maison. Réveillez-vous le lendemain matin et recommencez!

Please make it obvious which bed you slept in by simply folding back the comforter. Please leave towels hung up so that they dry. The cleaners will gather them up.

To lock the french doors to the screen porch you must lift the handle up in order to use the lock.

Lastly, when you leave, press any button for 3 seconds and the door will lock.

The location is in a wonderful spot. We were right across the street from the food trucks and close to nice beaches. We were surprised by the emergency room right next door, but we did not hear any sirens while we were there and was a nonfactor. Great home for bigger groups with all the space downstairs and a HUGE yard! Our only issue was that we were told on the day of our arrival that the downstairs AC was not working and could not be fixed for a couple weeks. We were not compensated and there was no plan to help the situation be better.Communication with Gen was quick and efficient. The local caretaker of the home would respond, but not always in a timely manner. Overall, our experience was good, and we had a great time.

Excellent House for Large Group

We atsyed in the house from Wednesday, September 25 through Sunday September 29. We had three couples, one with a small child and one single. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked just fine. Master bedroom has a beautiful bay window overlooking the large back yard plus a full bath. Other three bedrroms share 2 full baths. There is a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven and full refrig. Also has a living room, tv room and very nice, large sun room where we ate breakfast each morning. House was very close to all the activities we were doing for our daughter's wedding so it was very convenient. Owner of the house gave very clear instructions and corresponded by text as well to make sure everything was going well and understood. Doubt we will ever need a place in Bridgehampton again but if we did, wouldn't hesitate renting this house again.

Suggestions to improve the quality for the next visitor.

The house was charming and comfortable. the layout was great. My fed back is meant to be constructive: There were a number of things that were off putting that should have been on a check list prior to new guests that were overlooked. The cleaning service was not thorough. The windows were filthy and have not been clean in a long while. Thick covering obstructing seeing out and many dead insects. The indoor patio was in need of a good sweep / vacuuming. The refrigerator had previous guests' food, this should have been cleared out after every guest. The refrigerator's water filter indicated it needed to be replaced- water tasted funky. The grill ran out of propane during grilling. There were dirty towels in a basket in one of the bathrooms. When using the kitchen dishes etc, a lot of the serving dishes did not appear clean and need to be cleaned before using. Overall for the charge for cleaning that we paid and presumibly the prior visitors, you may reevaluate the cleaning service used. Lastly the bunk beds are in need of updated mattress or toppers...very uncomfortable.

Great, relaxing time at the beach

Great location a mile from the beach. Plenty of beds and space to spend time with friends and family. Biked everywhere.

My family has been building the most magical memories in this house for over 50 years. I am a father of four sons who love this house with all of their heart. We love practical comfort. Our day is almost always - go grab some coffee and donuts, go down to the beach with our Golden Retriever, take an early morning swim, come home and make breakfast, go play golf or go explore, back to the beach for lunch, back home to relax, back to the beach for cocktails, home for dinner, back to the beach for star gazing and say goodnight to the ocean.

There used to just be potato fields all around us. And now the house is surrounded by some of the most extraordinary mansions in the country. The combination of location/price/amenities is hard to beat. There just aren't that many houses in this price range in this location. The house is surrounded by properties that are 10x as much because the location is so fantastic.
