Une belle et calme maison située entre les villes de Sag Harbor et East Hampton - 6 minutes de chaque ville Il est meublé récemment et décoré dans un esprit nautique, parfait pour un été au Hampton's. La maison a été récemment rénovée en 2014 et comprend de nouveaux appareils, des fours doubles et des salles de bains rénovées (portes de douche en verre!). La maison dispose d'une grande terrasse avec coin repas et de zones herbeuses pour jouer à des jeux et se détendre. Il y a quatre chambres de bonne taille - chacune avec son propre placard, sa commode et sa télévision! Garage deux voitures disponible aussi bien.

FYI: TOUS NOUVEAUX meubles, draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, MATELAS, meubles d'extérieur, etc.

We had a lovely stay at Eric’s home! Great location with good proximity to Sag and East Hampton. Great home with plenty of space to sleep a group of 6. Eric was very helpful and communicative. 10/10 experience

Great Location

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Eric and Diana's VRBO rental, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The house itself was lovely and well-maintained, and the location was simply perfect. Eric and Diana were exceptional hosts, they were incredibly responsive and kind, making the booking process and check-in a breeze. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality throughout our stay. One of the highlights of this rental was its central location. It made exploring the surrounding area a breeze, as everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. The street where the house is situated was lovely and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventuring. However, we have one important suggestion for potential guests to consider when planning their visit. Depending on your primary interests for your vacation, it's essential to choose the right time of year. We had not planned for the additional cost associated with heating the pool. As we visited in the beginning of June, the pool water was quite cold upon arrival. Unfortunately, heating it to a comfortable temperature would have required a significant expense on top of the rental cost. If your main reason for choosing this rental is to enjoy the pool (as it was ours), we recommend budgeting additional funds for pool heating or considering booking later in the season when the weather is warmer. This way, you can fully maximize the pool's potential without any unexpected costs.

Stay in East Hampton

Overall we loved this property and would definitely stay again. There were 6 of us - all 30 yr old women traveling out to EH from NYC for a nice weekend getaway. The AirBNB was in the woods, but a great location for wherever we wanted to go. The place was clean and clearly remodeled - super cute! Only 2 bathrooms, keep in mind, but worked out perfectly for our friend group. The pool was awesome, just make sure you give it plenty of time to heat up. The host was extremely responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Great stay here! The house is conveniently located between East Hampton and Sag Harbor, with both a short drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was serene and inviting. The amenities were well thought out with a TV in every room. The owners stocked everything you could need in the kitchen which made cooking a breeze. We can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic Hampton’s Vacation

The home is conveniently located between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. It was exactly as shown on the website with a very nice pool and a comfortable overall layout for our family of 5. The deck with grill and kitchen were perfect for meal time. The owners were super responsive and went out of the way to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly return.

My family of four enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was convenient for beaches and restaurants. Eric met us at check-in and was available to answer our questions. The house and property were clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to this property.

Exactly as represented! Perfect summer getaway!

We had a perfect stay at this house for a week in July. The layout is ideal. Between the perfect pool area and the outdoor deck w the grill, we had the perfect summer oasis and barely left the house! The inside of the house is also outfitted in a lovely aesthetic with plenty of televisions and areas to relax on a rainy day. Diana and Eric were attentive and helpful but never intrusive. We would love to visit again.
