Guest Access

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3,000 sq ft home. This includes all bedrooms, living areas, the theater room, and the private rooftop wellness deck with the hot tub, as well as the patio and sauna and cold plunge. Entry is seamless with a smart lock and a garage door that can be controlled via a mobile app. Access details will be provided 48 hours before your check-in.

Interaction with Guests

We are dedicated to ensuring you have a 10/10 stay. While we respect your privacy, your dedicated host is available via phone, text, or the app to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. A meticulous pre-arrival inspection is conducted to ensure everything is perfect for your arrival.

Other Details to Note:

• The cold plunge on the back patio is a seasonal amenity, available only from late spring through summer. Please inquire about its availability for your specific dates. The cold plunge requires a water change between guests therefore if you would like access to it a $100 fee will apply.

• Like many vibrant mountain communities, Winter Park is an active town. You may occasionally hear sounds from nearby construction, town snow removal, or normal neighborhood life. While these are outside our control, we are committed to ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
