LOCATION:
The villas are within walking distance to Berawa beach, Finns beach club and Atlas Beach Fest (Southeast Asia's largest one-stop entertainment center). They are also located in the heart of Berawa which translates in a one minute ride to gourmet restaurants, trendy cafes and supermarkets. There is a mini mart and massage place within walking distance and a park perfect for jogging and outdoor workouts close by. Check the villas' guide book for recommendations on where to go and what to do nearby.

THE VILLAS:
This is a listing of 2 villas next to each other: one 7-bed villa and one 5-bed villa next door with 2 dining areas, 2 outdoor living rooms, 2 kitchens, and an indoor karaoke room also used as an enclosed living room. In total there are 12 bedrooms. The villas can fit up to 24 people included in price.

POOL AREAS:
• Two 12m*4m private pools with sunken pool bars (1 per villa)

DINING AREAS - LIVING ROOMS - KITCHENS:
• Two dining areas (one 12pax and one 8pax), three open space living rooms (one upstairs at the roof terrace with pool view) and two modern fully equipped kitchens (1 per villa)

KARAOKE/INDOOR LIVING ROOM - 7BED VILLA:
• The 7bed villa has a private indoor living room with karaoke equipment, smart flat-screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels.

• The 7bed villa has an entertainment room downstairs with sound proofing, private bar, home cinema and sound system.

• 12 bedrooms including 3 super king size (200cm*200cm) master bedrooms, 6 king size (180cm*200cm) bedroom suites and 3 twin bedrooms. All 3 twin bedrooms can be converted into hollywood twins.
• The 5bed villa features 1 super king size (200cm*200cm) master bedroom suite, 3 king size (180cm*200cm) bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (can be converted into a hollywood twin).
• The 7bed villa comprises of the master and junior bedroom suites that have a super king size (200cm*200cm) bed configuration, while the other four suites have king size (180cm*200cm) beds and there are 2 twin bedrooms (can be converted into hollywood twins).
• All bedrooms have smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, AC, deposit box, dressing room, en-suite luxury bathrooms with shower and hot water
• The master bedroom and junior suite of the 7bed villa and the master suite of the 5bed villa are larger with private living room space and separate dressing space. The en-suite bathrooms of these suites have both bathtub and shower.
