Great location. Short walk to great restaurants, Recommend the Thai and any of the breakfast spots. some shops (record store for those who find that as exciting as we do). Nice area for dog walks. Backyard felt private and was mostly good for the dogs. Occasional issues with aggressive dogs on the other side of back fence. Kitchen was more than well stocked with cooking essentials. Bedrooms were adequate. Only one bath. Fine for the two of us. Very convenient for accessing many areas of Charleston easily.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The host is amazing and accommodating! Not only was this home in a cute and quiet neighborhood, but the hottub made it even more tranquil! We would definitely rent from Tamra again, she added a little touch that was very welcoming! She also has a guide of all the special little places to visit!! If you are looking for cute, cozy, and a safe feel...LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

The best hosts we have ever had! Everything was perfect, the home is beautiful and so much history and nostalgia! We loved the hottub and the hige yard, perfect cor kids playing, dogs running, and fires at night to enjoy! We loved the house warming gifts and all of the personal touches!! Amazing time!

We really enjoyed staying in this quaint and cozy home. The neighborhood was so cool and central to everything. The owners were awesome at communicating and had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there! We can't wait to book our next stay here!

We had a wonderful visit to Charleston! We enjoyed the southern charm of the house and our hosts were very attentive and accommodating. We brought home memories of early morning coffee on the front porch, to late night relaxing in the amazing hot tub! A great time had by all!

We didn’t want to leave!

This was the perfect spot for my family to stay. The neighborhood was fantastic with so much to do for all ages. We loved the restaurants which were within walking distance. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and inviting and had comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Charleston!

Family Friendly Getaway

Our family traveled to N. Charleston for an anniversary getaway with our 14-month old in tow and we had a blast! This house was perfect for our family; a cute park 2 houses down, a fenced in background, and restaurants in walking distance. We were able to make quick day trips to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. This house fit the bill for everything we needed for a quick getaway!

Wonderful little getaway

We were in for our 12 year old sons baseball tournament at the Shipyard. This lil house was perfect for what we needed, and in a great location. We were within minutes of the baseball fields, and walking distance to many eateries and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful rental!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The kitchen had everything you needed plus some, we enjoyed several long soaks in the bathtub, and the mud room was a perfect hangout spot to relax and enjoy watching football/movies. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and were fabulous hosts. They had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. We would recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future.

Very nice home.

This was my second time staying in this home and I won't hesitate to stay again. The home is very clean and the hot tub is clean and well maintained. I am amazed at how many dishes, pots & pans and cooking utensils are in the kitchen. It's the most well stocked kitchen that I've seen in a rental. The Hosts are very attentive and easy to work with.
