Popular Single story home in quiet Wescott Community backs up to the Golf Course in Summerville. Enjoy watching the golfers go by while enjoying your coffee in the kitchen. 15-20 minutes to Old Town Summerville, and only 25-30 minutes away from downtown Charleston.

Absolutely NO SMOKERS allowed to stay in the home!! Even if you smoke during the day at work and say you will smoke outside....We can NOT have people who smoke, stay in our home, PLEASE respect that!!

Fully furnished 3-bedroom home with King bed in Master Bedroom, with big walk in closet, separate shower and soaking bathtub. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen and double bed, that share a full bathroom with 1 sink and tub/shower combo. Additional Den off the large open Family room and fully stocked Kitchen with appliances and everything you should need for cooking meals. Relax and experience the magic of Summerville in our home.

We spent Christmas at this property and had a wonderful visit with our daughter and granddaughter. The location was a bonus - quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. With so much room, our granddaughter spent one night with us which was a plus. The backyard patio with a table and chairs was a great spot! We sat outside and watched two beautiful sunsets while we were there. Fortunately, the weather was perfect. It is also a perfect place for joggers or walkers since it is right on the golf course which has a sidewalk all around it. I noticed other reviews mentioned the kitchen accommodations - we cooked Christmas dinner easily except we could have used a couple of saucepans. Other than that, we had a plethora of dishes for our dinner. Also, I will endorse what other reviewers have said about the host, Jeannette. She was prompt in answering any question I had. A great host! We had a very nice stay!

From the moment we arrived, we quickly settled in, appreciating the home's great structure and location. We felt right at home immediately.Highlights of our stay:Kitchen Excellence: The kitchen was remarkably well-stocked—far beyond the standard for a rental. It had every dish, tool, and appliance we needed to cook full meals, making our long stay incredibly easy and enjoyable.Supreme Comfort: The bedding was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep every single night.Location & Outdoor Space: The location was ideal, and the yard was a fantastic bonus—a lovely, semi private space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We could watch the golfers playing. The Host: This is where the stay truly excelled. The host was exceptionally responsive, often replying within minutes, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thank you so much!

Summerville Stay

We came to visit my son who is in the nuclear school within the US Navy. The house was comfortable and had plenty of space, the mattresses seemed were just ok but certainly got the job done. Overall I am pleased with the product I purchased.

Wanted to bring the house with me!

This property was a huge winner for my family. We were in town for my baby girls last competitive dance nationals. The house was gorgeous the open space from the front door the kitchen was a winner. The items in the kitchen made me feel like I was at home, even though we were not there during the day too much it just felt like my home. Access to washer and dryer, beach towels, regular towels, the kitchen, etc. 10 out of 10. like home. If I’m ever in that area again, I will be contacting the property owners for another stay. The neighborhood was gorgeous.

We drove daily to the attractions around Charleston. House was nice and quiet in the evenings. Plenty of room to sit and visit in comfort.

The house met all of our needs as a place to recover from surgery as well as provide space for caregivers of patient. We were able to cook healthy meals which was one of my biggest needs.
