The positives, very affordable, the location was great for what we were doing, and the bed was very comfortable. The drawbacks, not super clean, lots of people loitering outside the rooms drinking and smoking at all hours. Check in and out was easy though, and overall I thought I got the value I needed for a place to sleep. (If you stay here walk over to Graze to eat, the food was excellent!)

Everything about this accommodation was terrible! The room was extremely dirty, it smelled very bad and did not provide adequate towels or soap. At one point when I went to go to the front office, the person put a note at her desk and said she’d be back in 10 minutes and that it would have to wait. She was out in the parking lot smoking. What was so unfortunate, is that we didn’t know that this was where the accommodation was going to be until two days before our arrival. If we had known, we would’ve never stayed there, but we were out of the cancellation.. Do yourself a favor and avoid this. I’m very disappointed and quite surprised that VRBO would have this particular accommodation in their system to offer. I can tell you, this will not happen again for us. It was a total disaster. At some point, this may make for a funny story, but it’s not funny right now.

This property was disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE! I saw the room and it was terrible. The appliances were rusted. The sheets were yellow with stains. Pillow cases had some black spots on them. The room also had a wierd smell. This place shouldn't even be on here. I was shown a 2nd room by the Manager Delwin and it only smelled better but everything else was the same unclean. They also had no housekeeping available to get new linens. My mom and dad were with me as witness to the filth of these rooms. The people staying there were also sketchy. This is more like a motel than a hotel. The manager Delwin told me and my father that he would give me a full refund. When I went on the app to request a refund the 1st response was generic. It took a whole week to get a response only for them to refuse me a refund. I DID NOT EVEN STAY ONE NIGHT! I left after seeing how unclean this place was. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Buisness Burea and the Attorney General because this is unacceptable. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Especially if you're a female traveling solo!!! THIS PLACE GIVES CREEPY UNSAFE VIBES ON TOP OF BEING DISGUSTINGLY UNCLEAN.This property was disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We drove up to a batts looking motel dark front desk with three ladies one smoking at the front door one sitting with her feet on the counter the other girl just checked us in!they gave us our key and it was scary, the light in the front of the room was buzzing on and off the floor was never cleaned, the bathtub looked like there most probably was people cut up in it and long hair, the towels had wholes and dirt that you could never get out! And they stunk! We stayed one night only because we couldn’t last minute get anything till the next day! But it was the longest night of my life I slept over the blanket in my clothes till the sun came up, we were scared to turn out the lights in case any crazy bugs came out! Do no do not stay here! Run run run

If we wanted to rent at Red Roof Inn we would have done it ourselves-but VRBO deceived us with the listing and it wasnt until the day before our arrival did we find out VRBO rented a room at a Red Roof Inn. VRBO will say we didnt research the listing close enough- maybe right-but this was not enjoyable trip at all
