I absolutely loved the affordability for the location and the amenities that were given. The staff was kind and courteous. There were shops nearby and I really feel it's a good value for the price. We had a little issue with the check-in due to not knowing where the aid was in the beginning, but that was taken care of pretty quickly. Some details were left out as far as what they replenished as far as bedding towels washcloths stuff like that. The unit does not have the AC on upon arrival and that made it hot but manageable. Once the AC was turned on there was a water puddle on the patio leading to the back door that came from another upstairs air conditioner which I felt was very unsafe. Could easily slip on the slick tiles if your shoes or sandals don't make contact with the ground. As far as laundry goes, you're on your own. I feel that the drying cord could have been suspended out front where there's more sunlight in the back. It was really kind of shaded and humid. Also the beds well. The bed that we had wasn't good at all. It was very springy very loud, very uncomfortable with a stain on it so it wasn't encased in plastic which would be a suggestion moving forward if new mattresses are purchased in the future. But we are grateful. We are thankful. Could possibly be another stay in the future if we are in Davao Everything else was good
