Le fabuleux Keawakapu Beach est à seulement 10 minutes à pied des Palms at Wailea. Cette plage est mondialement célÚbre pour sa grande plongée en apnée et longue plage. The Palms at Wailea est une magnifique propriété; luxuriant paysage tropical. Il y a une grande piscine et un jacuzzi qui est parfait pour les bains de soleil et offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan de la piscine. Nous sommes heureux que nos propriétés au Palms at Wailea ont été choisis pour figurer dans le livre de vente numéro 1 "Maui étude" et leur site web. Ces propriétés ont été choisis en raison de leur qualité supérieure et des prix avantageux!
Les rĂ©servations le jour mĂȘme (l’arrivĂ©e est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nĂ©cessitent un appel tĂ©lĂ©phonique Ă  Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
L'unité 603 a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse et contrairement à la plupart des unités du Palms, elle est entiÚrement climatisée. Il a une télévision à écran plat, sans fil haute vitesse qui est gratuit. Il y a un lit king dans le maßtre et un lit queen dans la chambre. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. The condo complex location was perfect. The neighborhood was very pretty, felt safe, and not too touristy like Keihi. It was close to great eating and a wonderful uncrowned bench with the softest sand and spectacular sunsets. The complex is very nice and the grounds are well kept. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Although our unit was situated at the corner of 2 busy streets which was very often noisy at all times of the day. That would be my only real complaint about it. Our unit was very roomy and suited our needs very well. The bathrooms could use some updating but a plus on the amount of storage. We were never able to figure out how to adjust the ceiling fans, that could have been on us. The unit was clean upon arrival but I don’t believe the ceramic flooring had been mopped as evidenced by our soiled feet. Overall consensus was that we would definitely stay at the location again. Thank you!

Would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed staying here. Check in/out was a breeze. The condo was clean and had plenty of beach equipment, (chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear etc.) for all of us to use. The location was absolutely perfect for us as its close to golf, restaurants, shops and the best beaches.

Nice location

Great location I’ve stayed at the palms before. Dish washer is broken and AC is useless fortunately weather is perfect in May. Great choice for the price.

Amazing

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was exactly as described except it was further from the water then I thought with the add. Check in was a breeze and we didn’t need anything from the owner. The location was close enough to everything to drive and the neighbors were so nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Unit showing its age but is well stocked and suitable for family. As others have said it’s a noisy corner but after a couple days we didn’t really notice it. Good location, close to good beaches and nice evening walk to Wailea shops

Awesome Host

We had a great time in the condo, although our master bedroom bed was way too low and we kept hitting our chins, and the TV was way too low as well, but other wise awesome place to stay. We were near the main traffic so a little load. Would stay there again. Need new paint on walls paint was peeling off

Palms is a beautiful complex!

Large, spacious condo with everything you need. We have 5 adults and a baby stay and there was more than enough space. The Palms is a beautiful complex, the pool area is wonderful. As other reviews noted, it is on a busy road and I didn’t realize how many loud vehicles there would be. It was not a big deal for us as we live downtown and are used to the traffic noise. The management company was wonderful, they answered all of my emails very promptly. I would definitely stay at the Palms again!

Highly Recommended 9/10

This property was a good value for the price charged per night. The indoor and outdoor furnishings were comfortable. The ground floor unit worked well for us as we had two grandchildren who could play on the large lanai and the large grassy area. The unit was spacious enough to accomodate 4 adults and two children without feeling like we were on top of each other. The property manager was very responsive and sent maintenace out right away to fix an issue we had. The unit was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. We will try to stay here again next year.

Perfect place for a family of 4

Loved staying at this townhome in Wailea. The split ACs in every room were the best part. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked. The flooring is nice, decor old Hawaii, and the lanai is wonderful for relaxing in the morning. The street noise and yard maintenance is pretty loud when you're on the lanai, but it didn't bother us too much. The area is great, went to all the beaches from Makena to Kihei. Ate in Kihei a lot. But hung out in Wailuku as well because we have friends there. Made in Hope Cafe and restaurant Ogo for dinner is a MUST! The restaurants in Wailea were all just so-so. Sweet Hula had great Acai Bowls. Kihei Marketplace we really fun but everything in this area is rather pricey. Hoapili trail hike to the "lighthouse," which is more of a light SIGN was super cool. Would stay here again.
